Along with a new round of basic education curriculum reform going deep,new education ideas,teaching modes and teaching methods are constantly coming into being and developing.The model of teaching “Learning-before-teaching and training in class” has been rooting in the classes in primary and middle school.And the teachers sum up their experience,perfect the theory in teaching and trying to mature it day by day.Combined with what I have seen and felt during my education internship and what I have learned and thought since I have been engaged in education and teaching,this study has determined a practical research on the teaching model of "learning-before-teaching,training in class",which takes the primary school mathematics classroom as the carrier." Learning-before-teaching and training in class" is mainly composed of learning first,teaching behind,and classroom training.Learning first,this link gives the challenge back to the students,students actively study by themselves,actively practice.They are motivated to learn;in the link of teaching after,teachers provide guidance at the point of teaching confusion,and inspire the students to think in the conflict,summarize in the interaction between teachers and students,and teach students to be masters of learning.In class training,the tasks of the class should be solved in class,The practice questions given by the teacher take into account the individual differences of students,Teachers set reasonable basic exercises and extensions,so as to ensure everyone gets a good education.The teaching model conforms to the educational concept of the new curriculum standard.It attaches great importance to students' learning subject status.It encourages students to actively think about independent exploration and hand-on practice.It emphasizes heuristic learning and individualized teaching.It also emphasizes that teachers are organizers and collaborators of learning.This study elaborated the connotation and characteristics of this teaching method“learning-before-teaching”.It takes the primary school mathematics classroom teaching as the starting point,then the teachers practice it in a primary school,investigate and analyze it.We both summed up its advantages and found some of its problems.We proposed some improvement strategies based on the theory of education management and discipline learning.We have provided the possibility to further promote the development of this teaching model.This study consists of five parts.The introduction of the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,related literature research,core concept definition and theoretical foundation;The second chapter briefly summarizes the basic connotation and characteristics of the classroom teaching mode of "learning-before-teaching,training in class".The third chapter makes an investigation and analysis of "learning-before-teaching,training in class" in mathematics classroom teaching in primary schools.The fourth chapter proposes specific strategies for improving classroom teaching according to the problems found.The fifth chapter is suggestion and prospect.
