Research On The Coordination And Integration Of Ideological And Political Work Mechanism In Colleges And Universities In The New Era Abstract

With the perfection of the socialist market economy system and the deepening of the reform of higher education,the development of higher education in Our country has entered the stage of popularization.The number,mode and quality of education in colleges and universities have been greatly improved,and all kinds of colleges and universities have been strengthening their investment and support for infrastructure and advantageous disciplines.The rapid development of colleges and universities brings us joy at the same time there is also a problem that can not be ignored,that is,the ideological and political work mechanism of colleges and universities is relatively lagging behind,which has no significant effect on ensuring the healthy development of socialist university with Chinese characteristics and promoting the overall growth of students.In this context,it is imperative to make full use of the coordination and integration of Ideological and political work mechanism to provide new ideas for ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and to effectively solve the ideological and political work problems of College students.Therefore,in the research of this paper,the focus of this paper is to clarify the scientific connotation,characteristics and structure of the coordination and integration of the Ideological and political work mechanism in Colleges and universities,to probe into the era background of the coordination and integration of the Ideological and political work education in modern colleges and universities,and to actively explore the basic ideas of constructing the coordination and integration of modern ideological and political education,so as to construct the basic theoretical framework of Ideological and political education innovation.And improve the theoretical system of Ideological and political education.From the perspective of perfecting the mechanism of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,this paper analyses the ways to coordinate and integrate the mechanism of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities from four key points: leadership organization mechanism,education and teaching mechanism,feedback and evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The final conclusion is that in order to achieve the Ideological and political integration education in Colleges and universities in the new era,we should fullygrasp the two main bodies of educators and educatees,take the leading organizational mechanism as the basis,take the educational and teaching mechanism as the cor improvement point,take the feedback evaluation mechanism as the standard,take the guarantee mechanism as the motive force of coordination and integration,and finally improve the current ideological and political work mechanism in Colleges and universities in an all-round way.Difficulties and problems,to achieve the Ideological and political integration education mechanism and coordinated innovation and development.
