Social responsibility is one of the core qualities of biology.The implementation of social responsibility is the foundation of core accomplishment and the inevitable trend of social development.Social responsibility education is not only crucial to the development of students,but also the need of teachers' professional development in the context of new curriculum.The social responsibility education for students in biology class should be paid great attention by biology teachers.This article uses the method of observation,literature method and survey method,combined with the "curriculum" biological discipline.Social responsibility can be divided into four degrees which include focusing on the social hot spots,knowing about the biology knowledge and solving the problem of real life,love and protection of ecological and environmental,cherishing life and healthy living.And then,the acticle made a questionnaire survey according to these four aspects.The author questionnaired113 students and interviewed 6 teachers from XX high school in Linxia county to understand the current situation of social responsibility.After analyzing the survey results,biology teachers in this school didn't pay enough attention to social responsibility education and it is also not included in teaching content.The students' sense of social responsibility is not very strong in some degrees,like paying attention to the hot biology social spots,distinguishing pseudoscience.But students can realize the importance of environment protection and cherish their lives.The teaching strategies include: adopting situation teaching according to the real life,using biology history from the textbooks,practicing the activities by using the natural resources,arouse students ' interest on hot social spots.Then the author selected appropriate teaching methods like: expository methods,reading instruction,demonstration method,observation method.The whole teaching practice,from the teaching cases and analyze.The results of the teaching practice are analyzed by the questionnaire used in this paper which shows that the four degrees are all promoted,especially the aspect of paying attention to hot social biology spots and distinguishing pseudoscience.The conclusions are in the following part: the four degrees are all promoted after one-year teaching practice which means that the teaching methods and strategiesadopted in this paper are all very helpful,which also contribute a lot to rural high school students' social responsibility cultivation,which can be helpful reference to teachers and scholars.
