Primary school students are a special group,their characteristics are young,low social experience,physical and psychological in a special stage of development,from dependence to independence,a variety of psychological and behavioral problems will appear more and more.Therefore,mental health education should be strengthened and the importance of mental health development of primary school students should be enhanced.At the same time,children in primary school like sports most and are good at participating in learning with their limbs,which is the best time to learn dance.Dance psychotherapy is to promote people's mental health,regulate emotions and physical and mental balance,enhance personal consciousness and improve people's mind of a psychological therapy,treatment,prevention and health care and other positive effects.It is of great significance to use dance psychotherapy to prevent,improve and promote the physical and mental health development of primary school children.This study integrated use of dance therapy dance,dance education,psychology,psychology,aesthetics,multidisciplinary knowledge such as elementary school students mental health,through literature research,the dance education,dance therapy and elementary analysis of the theoretical basis of mental health mainly adopts the literature method and interview method,a primary school in lanzhou city as research object,the research primary school dance dance education of middle school students' mental health status and psychological treatment the value and role of dance education in elementary school,With primary school students psychological problems,primary school dance class teaching design,the primary school dance education to the students' awareness of the influence of body and mind and dance therapy four aspects as the observation elements,a primary school in lanzhou city and the art teachers and college professional dance teacher and college psychology teacher interview results,discussion and analysis the influence factors of primary school students psychological problems,the elementary school dance class teaching design and the feasibility of dance therapy dance education in elementary school for problems such as introduction,more targeted Suggestions and thinking,has been clear about the value of dance therapy dance education in elementary school,The aim is to provide theoretical impetus for dance education and mental health education,and to provide reference for the more scientific development of dance education.First survey in the primary school dance education psychology healthy development of the situation: students' interest in dance class degree is high,the main reason is that dance lessons will be very happy to be joyful,the aesthetic cognition,emotion,interpersonal communication,physical and mental health,personality,self-confidence,learning motivation,concentration and degree of interest after discovery learning dance students studied dance is far more often than not.Secondly,the situation of the development of dance education in primary schools: schools set up the teaching form of dance,there are dance classes,popular dance classes trial classes.The school dance class is mainly aimed at individual gifted students with high physical coordination ability.The pilot class of popular dance class is mainly aimed at all students.The students like the dance performance very much,the number of participants is equal,the performance form is mostly held in the school and the class.The main purpose of most students to learn dance is to learn the basic technical skills of dance,to participate in dance performances and to take the dance examination.Finally,from the perspective of family education,school education and social education,this paper discusses and analyzes the causes of the psychological problems of primary school students,and puts forward some Suggestions for improving the mental health of primary school students,such as attaching importance to family education,giving positive guidance,enriching classroom contents,strengthening psychological education,paying attention to self-discipline,and enhancing social responsibility.Dance class teaching in primary schools in the design of teaching goals,methods and functions of physical and mental aspects put forward the function diversified,integrated teachers and curriculum enrichment Suggestions,through case analysis of primary school education students body and mind,the influence of the thinking from practice,the application of dance therapy should be strengthened,the value of dance therapy,including the healthy personality,cultivate aesthetic perception,community relations,enhance the course effect,promote mental health,etc.
