| Tennis has always been known as the "noble sport",belongs to the small tennis ball sports,with high safety coefficient,wide range of popularity,long sports life characteristics,can be happy body and mind,relieve pressure,develop intelligence,cultivate the quality of tenacious will.With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,tennis is gradually carried out in all parts of China,lanzhou city to follow the pace,a variety of amateur tennis clubs followed,its operation directly affects the development level of tennis in lanzhou city.This paper USES the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the basic situation and operation mode of lanzhou amateur tennis club.This paper finds out the problems and shortcomings of lanzhou amateur tennis club and the main factors affecting the development of lanzhou amateur tennis club,and puts forward the development countermeasures of lanzhou amateur tennis club.Find The main conclusions are as follows:1.The amateur tennis clubs in lanzhou are mainly small and medium-sized,which are mainly divided into three categories: training tennis clubs,amateur spontaneous group clubs,and organization tennis clubs.The clubs are scattered in their distribution areas and have few venues.2.There is no clear management system and plan for lanzhou amateur tennis club,so there is a shortage of management personnel and the management level is low.The management personnel are basically male,with higher education,but the professional knowledge structure is single,and the management ability needs to be improved.3.There are few professional tennis coaches,and the existing coaches generally have the problems of "young age,short teaching years and lack of experience",and the coach market is relatively chaotic,and there are few certified coaches.4.The number of female members of lanzhou amateur tennis club is relatively small.The main purpose of members to participate in tennis is to strengthen their physical fitness and leisure.The factors that affect members to participate in the club activities are: busy work,less time,less venues,weather,traffic inconvenience,economic income and so on.5.Lanzhou amateur tennis club has insufficient understanding of publicity,and the existing publicity methods are too simple,mainly relying on the mutualintroduction of members.The club organization activity is few,and the form is single.6.There are few and low level amateur tennis matches in lanzhou city,the relevant sports management departments do not publicize the tennis in lanzhou enough,and there are some unreasonable phenomena in the setting of the events,which directly affect the popularization and improvement of tennis in lanzhou city and even gansu province.7.At present,there is no planned,targeted and purposeful club type in lanzhou,which aims at training teenagers.The operation mode of the club mainly consists of spontaneous establishment,self-financing,selection of temporary venues,free team participation and public fitness;at the same time,there is no professional guidance,so tennis and other provinces in the popularization and improvement of a large gap.8.The main factors influencing the development of lanzhou amateur tennis club are the policy and support of relevant government departments,the income level and consumption concept of the masses,the environmental and climatic conditions,the professional ability of the club coaches,the management level of the club,the construction of tennis facilities,etc. |
