This study by comparing the 12-week core stability and traditional sports teaching to the relationship between the brain and body function,aims to explore core stability teaching for high school students improve the body quality,prevention of sports injury,improve the sports achievement and improve learning efficiency and so on,to emphasize the important role of the physical education teaching for high school students,at the same time hope to the attention of the high school of Physical education teaching.In this study,the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods were adopted to divide the experimental subjects into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received 12 weeks of core stability training teaching practice,and the control group received 12 weeks of normal physical education teaching.Firstly,the brainwave test of the experimental control group was carried out to explore the influence of teaching method on the accuracy,response time,latency and amplitude of P300.Then the experimental group and the control group of the eight abdominal bridge test,the study of different teaching methods on the physical quality,sports ability and other body functions.Results: 1)Through the analysis of response inhibition in different groups of high school students,it can be seen that when the flanker task was performed,the accuracy and reaction time of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.01).In the Go/No Go task test,there was a significant difference in the accuracy between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in response time was very significant(P<0.01).2)according to the working memory of different groups of high school students,there is a significant difference in accuracy between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and a verysignificant difference in response time between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).3)according to the results of brain wave P300 incubation Period and amplitude test in different groups of high school students,P300 incubation period in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group at Pz and Fz points(P<0.05).The incubation Period of Cz point P300 in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).Amplitude of P300: the amplitude of P300 at Pz,Fz and Cz in the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference between them was very significant(P<0.01).4)according to the results of grade 8 abdominal bridge test in different groups of high school students,there is a very significant difference in the score of grade 8abdominal bridge test between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).Research conclusion: core stability training has positive effect on improving response inhibition function;core stability training has good effect on promoting students' attention and reaction time;core stability training has certain effect on improving physical quality and sports ability.
