Under the background of 2022 Winter Olympics and the goal of "300million people" participating in ice and snow,China's mass skiing has entered a new stage of development.At the same time,every snow season will hear from the snow field about the injury and even death of skiers.At present,the participants of Mass Skiing in China are mainly beginners,and they are also mainly beginners in the teaching of mass skiing.The teaching of Mass Skiing beginners is double board teaching.In the teaching process,we can better reduce the teaching risk,improve the teaching quality of mass skiing to ensure personal safety to the greatest extent,and let beginners have a better sense of skiing experience and move forward from beginners to enthusiasts is the ultimate goal.The subject of teaching is teachers,and the object of teaching is students.In the mass skiing,the teacher is the main body and the beginner is the object,so this paper mainly makes an investigation and Analysis on the teacher and the beginner.This paper takes the teaching risk of beginners of popular skiing as the research object,combing the teaching risk indicators of beginners of popular skiing,finding out the risk sources,making the risk checklist,determining the final indicators through two rounds of indicators evaluation by experts,and constructing the risk indicators by using AHP.The final research results are as follows:(1)for beginners,the basic situation of beginners is investigated from the aspects of gender,age,education background and learning form;after analyzing the learning situation of beginners in four stages,it is concluded that beginners have great deficiencies in basic cognition,physical condition,basic technology mastering and self safety awareness of skiing common sense.(2)In terms of teachers,the basic situation of teachers is investigated from four aspects: gender,age,education background and teaching age.In addition to skiing technology,teachers should have first-aid knowledge and emergency ability reserve.Only when teachers deepen their own ability reserve can they make reasonable teachingresponse when facing different people,different environments and different conditions So as to reduce the risk of teaching.(3)Four first level indicators,12 second level indicators and 48 third level indicators are screened out;the AHP is used to construct the hierarchy chart of indicators and calculate the weights of each indicator.(4)According to the weight analysis,the biggest risk is in the "middle stage of teaching";the smallest risk is in the "initial stage of teaching".(5)According to the actual situation of popular skiing in teaching,three ways are adopted to reduce the risk of teaching: reasonably reducing the risk of teaching,reasonably avoiding the risk of teaching,and reasonably transferring the risk of teaching.According to the analysis of the results,the risks in the teaching of snowboarding beginners are not isolated or exist,but occur in the link between the teacher's "teaching" and the beginner's "learning";therefore,in the four stages of the whole teaching of snowboarding,especially in the middle stage of the class,the teacher should pay more attention to it and be controllable In order to create a better teaching safety environment for the public skiing,we should reduce the teaching risk to the greatest extent and reduce the occurrence of accidental injuries.
