Interventional Research On Social Work Of Family Education In Demolition And Resettlement Communities

With the continuous development of the city,the city scale is expanding,which will lead to a lot of land occupied by farmers,landless farmers will be arranged to the government investment in the resettlement area of resettlement of life,it is the inevitable outcome of urbanization.This kind of community,there exist many problems,especially in the aspects of family education,due to the loss of land revenue,the parents have to go out to work,no time and energy to pay attention to children's education,can give the child to Grandpa's grandmother to take care of the community;most parents are farmers,educational level is generally not high,the lack of the concept of family education;parents long time working outside,the lack of normal communication with their children;social infrastructure is weak,the environment is complex,is not conducive to the healthy growth of children.The demolition and resettlement of the children and families in the community should be the focus of all social groups,including social work in improving the community childminders family education plays a very important role.Social workers can use professional knowledge and skills to provide professional services for children in the community,so that children get a good family education.The east Shi Ma area as an example,using literature research,questionnaire survey and structured interviews and other research methods to collect data,to understand the community family education status from the aspects of education,inter generational education,parent-child communication situation,analyzed the reasons of resulting from the three aspects of family,community,children.The use of group work and community work methods to carry out community service activities,and in accordance with the social work activities carried out in the process and effectiveness of social work.
