In the era of economic globalization,cultural diversity,and value diversity,it is always an important mission of ideological and political education workers to innovate ideological and political education methods and improve the effect of ideological and political education.In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping demanded at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work of Colleges and Universities to "follow good methods,improve old methods,and explore new methods." At the 2019 National Symposium on Teachers of Ideological and Political Education Theory,General Secretary Xi Jinping further asked for ideological The course should "stick to the unity of indoctrination and inspiration." However,with the advancement of education and teaching reforms,modern teaching methods continue to replace traditional teaching methods.The traditional teaching method-the status of "indoctrination education method" has also quietly changed,and it has even become synonymous with "stereotyped" and "backward".The failure to establish scientific indoctrination in education has greatly affected the teaching effect of ideological and political education.Based on this,this article combines the development status of ideological and political education in China,based on the teaching practice of ideological and political courses in high schools,starting from clarifying the concept of inculcation education method,trying to break the one-sided understanding of indoctrination education method,and exploring indoctrination education method in high school ideology and politics The effective way of application.The inculcation of the education law was germinated from the time of Marx and Engels,supplemented by Kautsky,and continuously improved by Lenin.It has obvious characteristics such as persistence,directionality,and hierarchy.It has a positive role in consolidating the national ideology,achieving educational goals,and promoting student development.It is particularly necessary to inculcate the education method.From the perspective of the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools,the understanding and application of indoctrination education methods have prominent problems,mainly manifested in improper use of indoctrination methods,lack of interest in instilling objects,relatively simple instillation methods,and indoctrination effects floating on the surface.The main roots of this phenomenon are the following aspects: First,the deviation of the main idea of indoctrination,which leads to the two extremes of over-use and comprehensive denial of the application of the inculcation education method;Second,the inculcation of the object is complex and changeable,and the inculcation of the object in high school Independent consciousness is enhanced,and changes in social environment also affect their thinking and judgments;Third,insufficiency in innovation of indoctrination methods,and excessive emphasis on the study of new methods of ideology and politics.Improper convergence of old and new methods has resulted in the singleness of indoctrination methods;Fourth,indoctrination content deviates from reality.The obsolescence and insemination of content are also important reasons for students' lack of interest in learning.Improving the effectiveness of the indoctrination education method in high school ideological and political classes should focus on instilling objects,instilling subjects,indoctrination methods,and indoctrination content.One is to improve the education ability of the indoctrination subject by establishing a scientific indoctrination education concept,improving the teaching ability of the indoctrination subject and promoting the noble ethics and ethics;the second is to enhance the learning interest of the instilled object by giving it the independent right to instill the object and guiding the cooperative learning of the infused object;the third is through the rational use of positive educational indoctrination methods,the appropriate conversion of rigid infusion into flexible indoctrination,the flexible use of other educational methods and the use of mass media to enrich indoctrination methods,and innovative indoctrination methods;the fourth is through enriching the content of educational materials.Excavate indoctrination education curriculum resources to develop indoctrination content.Through the comprehensive use of the above measures,the effectiveness of high school ideological and political education is enhanced.
