A Case Study On The Construction Of Primary School Campus Culture

The survival and development of every school is inseparable from campus culture.Campus culture is an important embodiment of the school running idea and spiritual atmosphere.A good campus culture can create a strong educational atmosphere,stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers,promote the physical and mental development of students,and improve the quality of the school.On the basis of the former scholars' research on campus culture,combined with the current situation of the construction of a school campus culture in Nanchang City,this paper aims to find out the problems existing in the construction of a school campus culture,find out the causes of the problems,and finally put forward some suggestions to promote the development of the construction of primary school campus culture.This paper studies the construction of campus culture in school a from four aspects: material culture construction,spiritual culture construction,system culture construction and behavior culture construction.The main problems include that material culture construction lags behind and its characteristics are not obvious;For the spiritual culture construction,teachers' understanding of campus culture is not deep enough and students' cognitive development is not balanced;For the behavior culture construction,on the one hand,the participation in campus activities is insufficient,students' knowledge and behavior are separated,parents' participation is not enough;on the other hand,the management system needs to be improved,the evaluation system needs to be improved,and the curriculum system needs to be optimized.The author attributed the above problems to the lack of support from the education authorities,the lack of communication between school administrators and teachers,the restriction of teachers' literacy on the construction of water culture,the restriction of students' physical and mental development level,etc.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the construction of campus culture in school a from the two aspects of education administrative department and school itself.The main measures are as follows: the competent department of education should formulate and implement relevant policies,guarantee the financial support of education,and further promote the simplification of administration and decentralization;the school's own countermeasures for the construction of campus culture mainly focus on the construction of material culture,spiritual culture,system culture and behavior culture.
