Culture is a kind of social phenomenon which reflects achievementwith creativeness that is formed in the social practice. The campus cultureof middle schools is regarded as an important organic part in mankind’scultural system,has important status in the whole basic education. TheOutline of Reform and Development on Chinese Education says that alltypes of schools should construct healthy and vivid campus culture aswell as a good spirit in school and study so as to make the campusbecome the main ground in the construction of socialist spiritualcivilization. Along with the continuous deepening of reform and openingup, Chinese education has obtained the achievement that attractworldwide attention, and the quality of education “student centered” ideagradually win support among the people, for the majority of educatorsaccepted.But because the rural areas of a city area, economy, culturedevelopment is relatively backward, so the development of ruraleducation is lagging behind, how to improve and develop the education inrural areas, and change the backward situation of every rural educatorsare seriously thinking problems.Studing the campus culture phenomenonof rural middle schools and holding the objective laws of the campuscultural construction of rural middle schools and development are notonly the need of enriching and developing human culture to influence andpromote student’s overall and harmonious development,but also theneed of structuring the campus culture of rural middle schools with characteristic of Chinese in the21st century and training students to havereality of long-range ideal inclinations with sound noble personality andideal.This paper puts into the exposition with concrete conduct on thetheory of the campus culture in the rural middle school.Students in middle school are a special group whose body and mindsare in the period of juvenility to mature,they have lively ideas and areplastic or likely to accept fresh things.Excellent campus culture willbenefit students’ ethnical growth through their life.According to thestudy of the situation of school culcure in the rural middle school in ourcountry,Ithink campus culture is not only an administrative culture or aneducational culture but also a spiritual culture, campus culture hasunreplaceable function for any other social elements.Because of this,thearticle adapts the methods of literature study,investigation,study,casestudy, in view of the campus culture of middle schools’s theory and thecurrent campus culture of middle schools reconstruction existence’squestion,take the Changqing campus culture reconstruction of Jinan as acase, proposes a new idea of the new school culcure in the rural middleschool.This article structure divides into three parts roughly:The first part focuses on the analysis of rural middle school campusculture connotation, characteristics and value of rural middle schoolcampus culture construction, strengthen the construction of campusculture in middle school clear significance; the second part of China’s rural middle school campus culture construction present situation and thequestion, the Jinan city Changqing District rural middle school campusculture construction present situation and and existence’s question, clarifythe thinking; the third part is the main part of the paper, through thestrengthening of rural middle school campus cultural construction shouldfollow the principle of analysis, put forward the construction of the newtype of rural middle school campus culture in the new train of thought.There are schools there is the campus culture, the construction ofcampus culture is the sum of spiritual civilization and materialcivilization ofschool, is the school’s survival and development needs ofschool.It is a long, detailed systems engineering, is not a short duration oftime.Therefore, the use of dialectical development perspective on thecurrent rural middle school campus cultural construction the problem oftaking result and existence, build successful rural area middle schoolcampus culture is not far.
