The paper's framework on the theory of planned behavior, this paper on the basis of literature analysis and based on the positivism analysis methods, from the perspective of fresh graduates, the planned behavior theory is applied to the field of college students' job, through integration of theoretical deduction fresh graduates to apply for a job behavior influence factor, the establishment of the fresh graduates job-hunting behavior theory model.Through questionnaire survey,740 valid questionnaires were obtained in this paper.the SPSS data analysis software was used to analyze and process the obtained data.Through verification of research hypotheses, the generation mechanism of job-hunting behavior of fresh graduates was revealed.Firstly, this study analyzes the job-seeking behavior of the corresponding graduates through the literature, defines the job-seeking attitudes, subject norms, and job-seeking,self-efficacy of the recent graduates in the theoretical model of planned behavior, and then verifies the intention of job-seeking in the theory of planned behavior. The intermediary role is used to explain the job-seeking attitude, the subjective norm, and the accuracy of the job-seeking goal, which affect the job-seeking behavior through the intention of showing the job.Secondly, further verifying the job-seeking attitude affects the job-seeking behavior through the clarity of the job-seeking goal;Subjective norms and job-seeking behaviors,job-seeking self-efficacy,and adjustment variables for job-seeking behavior. Finally, through the demographic variables, the differences in job-seeking attitudes, subjective norms, and job-seeking self-efficacy were analyzed. The results show that job-seeking attitude, subjective norms and job-seeking self-efficacy have positive predictive effects on job-seeking intentions, and positively influence job-seeking behavior through the intermediary role of job-seeking intentions;in the effect of job-seeking attitude on job-seeking behavior through the definition of job-seeking goals The verification shows that the clarity of job search objectives plays an intermediary role in job-seeking attitudes and job-seeking behaviors;the definition of job-seeking goals plays a regulatory role between subject norms and job-seeking behaviors;the definition of job-seeking goals plays a mediating effect in job self-efficacy and job-seeking behavior. This paper is composed of the following parts:The first part introduces the background of the research, the research questions, the theoretical and practical significance, the related theories and the influencing factors, and puts forward the themes to be studied, and analyzes the general results of the previous related research: the concept definition of job hunting and job hunting behavior and Document analysis of planned behavioral theory;literature analysis of the relevance of the concept of job search objectives. In the second part, based on the analysis of the literature review, the questionnaire is compiled and distributed according to the job-seeking behavior of the corresponding graduates. The third part is to organize the collected data and process the analysis. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested and the measurement of relevant variable data was analyzed to verify the hypothesis constructed above(theoretical model validation, mediation effect test, regulatory effect test and demographic variable analysis),and analyzed and discussed. Finally, the conclusions of the research are summarized, and the suggestions for the conclusions of this study as well as the innovations, shortcomings and prospects of the research are put forward.
