Teachers' practical knowledge is a very important part of teachers' knowledge structure.It is a dynamic and generative knowledge that teachers accumulate,reflect,update and apply in teaching practice based on their personal life learning experience and is used to guide the follow-up teaching work.This knowledge is truly believed and used by teachers in teaching practice,not imposed by the outside world.It is of both theoretical and practical significance to explore the source,content and renewal of teachers' practical knowledge to promote teachers' professional growth and improve teachers' professional level.By taking an excellent primary school mathematics teacher as the research object and taking the researcher himself as the research tool,this paper collects and records the educational stories that occur in J teachers' mathematics classroom by means of classroom observation,interview and physical data collection,and systematically analyzes these materials to explore the contents,sources and ways of updating teachers' practical knowledge hidden in teachers' practical activities,in order to provide examples for other primary school mathematics teachers to develop and update their practical knowledge.Specifically,it includes the following:The composition of J teachers' practical knowledge.On the basis of combing the division of teachers' practical knowledge and combining the collected data,based on the real classroom teaching of J teachers,it is found that J teachers have the following seven aspects of practical knowledge:knowledge about themselves,knowledge about students,knowledge about subject teaching,knowledge about class management,knowledge about educational situation and knowledge about critical reflection.These seven aspects of knowledge are interrelated and together form a complex and huge knowledge system.The source of J teachers' practical knowledge.By interviewing Jteachers,it is found that practical knowledge mainly comes from seven aspects: family life experience,student stage learning experience,teacher education learning experience,practice experience,daily teaching reflection,cooperative communication among colleagues,teacher training.Can say,J teacher's practical knowledge on the one hand originates from her initial study and teaching experience,on the other hand,its practical knowledge is in a state of continuous updating and improvement.Through the case study of practical knowledge of J teachers,four key factors affecting the renewal of practical knowledge of J teachers are obtained: the accumulation of daily teaching practice,self-critical reflection,the construction of learning community,and the learning atmosphere of schools.Based on the conclusion of the study,the school should pay attention to the creation of a good cultural environment,and teachers should strengthen their self-reflection consciousness,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of teachers' teaching and promote the professional growth of teachers.
