With the promotion of "quality education" and the introduction of "burden reduction policy",primary and secondary school students have more leisure time,especially primary school students.On the other hand,there are some problems in the management of leisure time for primary school students.For example,most primary school students have little awareness of leisure time management,and even some students think it doesn't matter much if they waste some time at a young age.Under the influence of traditional educational concepts,schools and parents have led to the "learning-based" management mode of students' leisure time,which has resulted in monotonous activities of students in their leisure time.Many primary school students will have some bad habits when doing things in their spare time,such as procrastination,distraction,etc.Primary school is a key stage in one's growth.Scientific and reasonable leisure time management methods and leisure time management content are conducive to the all-round and healthy development of primary school students,and are conducive to the development of primary school students' personality and the shaping of good quality.Therefore,in order to improve pupils' awareness and ability of leisure time management and thus improve their quality of leisure life,this paper adopts three methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to carry out an empirical investigation on grade 5 to grade 6 pupils of primary school a in Taiyuan city,investigate the current problems in leisure time management of senior pupils,analyze and discuss the reasons behind the problems,so as to put forward feasible countermeasures.This research mainly covers four parts: The introduction part of the first chapter is the summary part of the research,which elaborates in detail the research origin,the research goal,the core concept about leisure time management,the research significance,the literature review,the research plan;The second chapter mainly discusses the current situation and problems of leisure time management for senior students in Taiyuan A primary school.This research is mainly conducted in the form of investigation,aiming at understanding the following contents: primary school students' leisure time possession,primary school students' leisure time management value sense,primary school students' leisure time planning ability,primary school students' leisure time monitoring ability,parents,schools and teachers' emphasis on guiding senior primary school students' leisure time management and guiding quality,primary school students' leisure time management subjective and objective independent variables,etc.On the basis of clarifying the above problems,the survey results are analyzed by means of questionnaires and interviews.Their leisure time management level is divided into three dimensions: the sense of value of leisure time management,the planning ability of leisure time management,and the monitoring ability of leisure time management to investigate and analyze their leisure time management level.The third chapter expounds the reasons behind the problems of primary school students' leisure time management.The author discusses the main causes of the problems from the perspectives of students' own factors,family environment factors and school environment factors.The fourth chapter,based on the influencing factors of primary school students' leisure time management and starting from the four major factors of teachers,students,parents and schools,puts forward more scientific and reasonable optimization strategies of primary school students' leisure time management consciousness and leisure time management ability.
