With the popularization of computer and mobile electronic equipment,the third wave of science and technology marked by Internet and Internet technology is gradually affecting the whole society and its development process.In the 21 st century,human beings have entered the Internet era.With the continuous maturity and development of virtual reality technology,blockchain technology,5G communication technology,Internet of things technology,big data and other high-tech,the Internet virtual world and the real world influence each other,penetrate each other,deeply integrate,create together,and accelerate the change of social development process and form.As a social subsystem,school education is bound to be deeply influenced by the Internet age and branded with the process of Internet socialization.In recent years,with the rise of Internet + education,new educational models and educational formats such as online classroom,MOOC education and online training will have a profound impact on school education management,especially school moral education management.Middle school education management is the key stage of school education management,which is the golden stage of the development of their world outlook,outlook on life and values.In the Internet era,middle school education management,especially moral education management,is bound to face unprecedented difficulties and challenges.Therefore,in view of the main problems existing in the middle school moral education management work,this paper makes an in-depth analysis,finds out the causes and cruxes of the problems,and then puts forward corresponding suggestions and solutions to continuously improve the effectiveness of the middle school moral education management work,provide effective reference for the middle school moral education managers,promote the sound and healthy development of the middle school moral education management work in the Internet era,and complete the moral education of the school The task of cultivating people provides theoretical support.Middle school moral education management plays a key role in the process of middle school education management.The management of moral education in middle school is an educational management process that middle school moral education administrators optimize and integrate all elements of moral education through management means,realize the function and efficiency of moral education,andrealize the goal of moral education management.In the process of moral education elements allocation and resource integration,the dual attributes of the Internet determine that the Internet has a dual impact on moral education management in middle school.One of the important functions of middle school moral education management is to give full play to the positive impact of Internet on middle school moral education,eliminate its negative impact,and ensure that middle school moral education management plays a role in middle school education management.Therefore,through questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and observation and summary of education practice,we can understand and master the current situation of middle school moral education management in the Internet era,find and clarify the main problems and subjective and objective reasons.Through the research,we find that there are five main problems,that is,the rigid concept of moral education management,the absence of moral education management system,the lack of rich content of moral education management,too single means of moral education management and the lack of quality of moral education managers.According to the conclusion of the study,it is concluded that the effective strategies to improve the effectiveness of moral education management in middle schools in the Internet era are to renew the concept of moral education management,improve the system of moral education management,enrich the content of moral education management,innovate the means of moral education management,improve the quality of moral education managers and optimize the environment of moral education management.
