Today's college students are mainly post-90 s and post-00 s.While using various communication methods,they also face the dilemma of communication.College students are in a critical period of life development,and having good social contacts at this stage is of great significance to the future development of college students.Nowadays,the unsuccessful interpersonal communication of contemporary college students often has a series of negative effects on their psychology and behavior.In this case,it not only affects the academic performance of the college students,but also affects the college students' cognition and development of future life.The main purpose of this study is to conduct practical research on college students 'social anxiety in the form of group work,so as to alleviate and improve college students' social anxiety,and improve the negative effects of social anxiety on college students 'daily life and learning,enhance self-confidence,and develop good communication skills and Improve interpersonal skills.This study relies on group work methods,collects data in the form of interviews and questionnaires,based on cognitive behavior theory and Schultz interpersonal needs theory,and takes college students' social anxiety scale as the measurement basis,and scores from high to low By analyzing the basic situation of social anxiety of college students in L school,the following factors are obtained.Namely,introverted personality and deviations in self-knowledge;second,lack of social skills;third,inappropriate family upbringing;fourth,relatively poor family economic conditions;fifth,the complexity of the social environment;sixth,peer group relationship distress.Based on this,social workers formulate targeted group work plans and carry out activities.Through six group activities,they can improve the self-confidence of the group members,reduce the level of social anxiety of the research subjects,and realizethe personal development of the group members.After the activity,through the evaluation of the group process and results,it is concluded that under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and Schultz interpersonal needs theory,for the group members,the group members' self-confidence has improved and their social anxiety level has improved.Decline,so the practical involvement of carrying out group work is effective.Finally,although this study has ended and the basic goals have been achieved,further exploration is still needed.
