In recent years,the number of college students has increased sharply,and the employment problem of undergraduate graduates is very serious.However,due to the lack of perfect guidance system in career planning education in colleges and universities,students' weak career consciousness,lack of employment skills and lack of confidence in job hunting,and so on,the employment anxiety of undergraduates is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to alleviate the employment anxiety of undergraduates.This article selected the C city C university as the investigation,and in 1971 by Zung,compiled the self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and Inner Mongolia normal university yu-zhu zhang,zhong-yong Chen,compiled and efficient employment anxiety causes the questionnaire,to know the school anxiety anxiety of university students' employment and employment on the basis of the main reasons for the team work.The social workers carried out five group activities in response to the employment anxiety of college students.By strengthening the communication between group members,they helped them master effective methods to relieve employment anxiety,and carried out accurate self-awareness and mastered the necessary job search knowledge.Skills to enhance confidence in job hunting,thereby alleviating employment anxiety.After the group intervention,the average score of the anxiety level of the experimental group members after the intervention was 3.884 points lower than the average score of the anxiety level before the intervention,and 6.994 points lower than the average anxiety of the control group members.It can be seen that the use of group work methods to intervene in the employment anxiety of college students has a certain effect.Through qualitative research,it can also be seen that the intervention of group work can alleviate the employment anxiety of college students to a certain extent;the results of qualitative research also show that after group work intervention,members feel that their job-hunting confidence has increased,employment anxiety and other negative emotions have relieved.By combining the conclusions drawn by the above two research methods,it can be analyzed and concluded that the group work based on cognitive behavioral therapy and mirror self theory can effectively alleviate the employment anxiety of college students.At the end of the article,social workers put forward some suggestions on the systematic involvement of group work in the employment of undergraduates to prevent and alleviate their employment anxiety.First,they should guide freshmen to conduct self-cognition and career cognition.Second,to stimulate the career planning ability of sophomores and juniors;Third,strengthen training graduates to work under pressure,improve job-hunting skills.
