Group Social Work Involved In The Use Of College Students' Interpersonal Anxiety Problem Research

Nowadays,many college students enjoy the benefits of the network diversified social way at the same time,also faced with varying degrees of interpersonal anxiety,and there is a direct relationship between interpersonal anxiety and interpersonal relationship of College Students' quality.The research and discussion of the object is about the interpersonal communication,due to the process of interpersonal communication is not smooth,resulting in the phenomenon of interpersonal communication.For the post-90 students,they also pay attention to the establishment of well relationships,while facing the social role of self understanding and acceptance,the university stage for their normal social interaction plays an important role in their life,contributes to their socialization and the successful completion of personality.But in this process,because of the individual,family,social environment and other factors,the impact of interpersonal personal,resulting in interpersonal communication is not smooth,the level of interpersonal relationship,emotion and psychology of college students cannot meet the needs of production.Therefore,this research is based on the development of the team,to train the university students interpersonal skills,to enhance interpersonal confidence,meet the growing demand and ease the emotional interpersonal anxiety of college students.The research is based on S university development as an example,using of interviews,by literature review,questionnaire survey and other research methods to understand the existing problems about 90 college students' interpersonal anxiety problems of action problem.From the feasibility of group work in the assessment service object to meet the needs of group work in the process of discussion and intervention of post-90 s college students interpersonal anxiety and applicability.The theory of society in the social group,the activity learning theory,interpersonal needs theory,through the evaluation of the group activities,and assessment of the content,target,team atmosphere,verify the group work for ease the emotional interpersonal anxiety of college students.At the same time,it also analyzes and summarizes the skills of the group work in the process of the group activities,in order to improve the effect of alleviating the anxiety group.Finally,this research summarizes the shortcomings of the group activities,hoping to provide ideas and reference for the future development of the group.
