With the development of higher education, the number of college graduates increased year by year, the growing employment pressure, which make the students’ employment become increasingly prominent. The employment of college students generate both objective factors,such as social anxiety, universities, families, but also subjective factors such as the restricting of the students themselves. At the same time, the generation of employment anxious emotional and physical and mental health of college students had different degrees of influence. The author guided by the theory of social support, mining college students’ social support resources, in order to change the current employment status of anxiety. Therefore, with the increasingly serious anxiety in the employment of university students, it not only confined to the speculative level, but to take practical action to make social work intervention services to support students’ employment ease anxiety.This article selected the city B H university as the investigation, and by the school entrepreneurship of the university students’ employment guidance center of the university students’ employment anxiety self-assessment form, in order to understand the school anxiety of university students’ employment situation. Through the investigation, we summed up the city B H university student employment anxiety basic present situation mainly include the following: First, the anxiety of university students’ employment is relatively common; The second is employment anxiety grade differences; the third is employment anxiety gender differences; the fourth is the employment anxiety exist differences between urban and rural; the fifth is the employment anxiety professional differences. Through interviews are highly nine college students employment anxiety, summed up the of university students’ employment difficulties faced by and the cause of formation, laid the foundation for the design group activities.Social workers targeted for anxiety of university students’ employment problem has carried out five times group activities, through the group members interact and exchange of experience, to help group members learn to deal with the employment skills of anxiety, and carries on the accurate positioning of self, to master the skills necessary to enhance self-efficacy, confidence and boost employment. Scale test results before and after evaluation, group member satisfaction or observers, and social work of the self-assessment found that group work can effectively alleviate the anxiety of university students’ employment problems. Finally, social works for this article has carried on the summary and reflection, think group work in the intervention process mainly includes the following questions: the first is the service object to social work identity problem; the second is the group activities design issues; the third social works professional quality problem; the fourth is the issue follow-up services after the group activities. After this give us to carry out similar activities to bring the following revelation: the first is to train school social work professionals; the second is to strengthen the quality of the social work profession; the third is to establish the service object tracking mechanism to follow up; the fourth is to rich social work interventions.
