The impact of the minimum wage system on employment is the hot topics that people are paying attention to now.At the end of 2003,the Ministry of Labor and Social Security adopted the "Minimum Wage Regulations" at the 7th Ministerial Meeting and implemented them at the beginning of 2004.This regulation aims to provide a certain level of protection for workers from low-income or unstable incomes protection of.Women are weaker side in the labor market,Studying the impact of the minimum wage on women's employment is undoubtedly an excellent perspective to study China's current women's employment, and it can also reflect the current situation of China's female labor market. This provides useful ideas for improving the minimum wage policy and promoting women's employment. This paper uses data from 31 regions across the country from 2005 to 2017.conducts the following analysis: First,it analyzes the current situation of women's employment from the four dimensions of: year, province, education level and industry.Industry dimension analyzes female employment from two perspectives: The proportion of female employment in various industries and the proportion of female employment in various industries to the total female employment. The data show that the employment of urban women is increasing year by year.Guangdong has the highest employment of women. The proportion of female employees with junior high school education accounts for 45% of the country's total. The proportion of women employed in the catering industry exceeds 60%,the proportion of women employed in the social health protection and welfare industry exceeds 50%,and women in the manufacturing industry account for one third of the total number of women employed.Second, under the control of population, economy, family and other factors,a fixed-effects variable intercept model of the effect of minimum wage on women's employment difference was established through F test and Hausman test. The lowest level was quantitatively studied from the two levels of industry and education. From the perspective of different industries,The difference between the minimum wage for women's employment is that it has a negative impact on more traditional, basic, and low women's industries, and it has a positive impact on today's fast-growing industries that rely on technology and have at least 40% of women's employment. The minimum wage has a positive impact on the employment of women of different educational levels.but there are differences.Women who have not attended school are most affected, followed by women with postgraduate and higher education. The minimum wage affects women with a degree below the junior college degree, and the higher the education, the less affected the minimum wage. For women with a college degree or higher, the degree of positiveness increases with the increase in education. In order to improve the employment of women and achieve a balanced employment of women, the minimum wage standards should be refined from the industry, and the minimum wage standards should be strengthened for women with low educational background. It will help China to maximize the role of the minimum wage system, improve people's living standards and benefit the entire society.
