“Education is the foundation of one country”,in the process of education,teachers play a leading role.The quality of normal students,as the future teachers' preparation,has a direct impact on teachers' education and teaching level.By studying the motivation of normal students,we can better understand the purpose of normal students to apply for normal major and the factors that affect their application.Only by clarifying the motivation and influencing factors of normal students,can normal colleges and universities better carry out normal students' education,guide normal students to love the cause of education,establish the ideal of normal students' education and teaching,and strengthen the educational faith of normal students,so as to promote the high-quality development of teachers.In this paper,through the questionnaire of influencing factors of normal students' motivation to apply for the examination,757 valid data of normal students' motivation to apply for the examination are obtained from the freshmen to the seniors of nine colleges of biology,computer,Chinese language and literature,foreign language,geography,mathematics,physics,chemistry and fine arts of liaoning l university.With the help of spss.21,a series of data analysis is carried out,and the following conclusions are drawn: first,the motivation of application is affected by multiple factors.The influencing factors are: Employment factor > national policy factor >family factor > personal characteristic factor > interest factor > economic factor >ideal factor;secondly,there is no significant difference in employment factor,social factor and personal factor in different provinces,majors,urban and rural areas and school types of normal students' motivation for application(P > 0.05);thirdly,there is no significant difference in gender There are significant differences in social factors,employment factors and personal factors among,grade,arts,science,high school achievement,parents' education background,family income and parents' occupation.Fourth,the motivation of application is significantly affected by parents and teachers.By analyzing the results of multiple topics,the proportion of normal students' motivation influenced by their parents is 82.03%;fifth,the degree of motivation influenced by personal factors is improved.However,through the analysis,it is found that the personality of individual factors is suitable to be a teacher with the highestscore,followed by interests and hobbies,and ideal factors with the lowest score;sixth,the national policy has a significant impact on the motivation of normal students to apply for the examination,and the family economy has little impact on the motivation of normal students to apply for the examination.Based on the above research conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,to strengthen the ideal education of normal students and improve their professional interest;second,to vigorously develop middle school students' career education and promote students to fully understand each major before entering the exam,which can not only promote students to better position themselves,but also effectively avoid the waste of educational resources in normal universities;third,to create a society that respects teachers;last,to improve the quality of family education and cultivate normal students' good motivation to apply for the examination.
