| In the era of educational informationization 2.0,the role of information technology in education and teaching has gradually become prominent.How to improve their professional standards to adapt to this information age has become a common concern for teachers.The TPACK provides a new perspective for teachers’ professional development and improvement of professional level.Normal students are the future teachers.Educational practice provides them with a real teaching environment.Based on the special context of educational practice,the factors affecting the development of TPACK for normal students will be different from those in other contexts.Therefore,this study is based on Constructivism theory,Peer-coaching theory,and information technology and curriculum integration theory,and explores the factors influencing the development of TPACK by teacher students during the educational practice period,in order to provide help for teacher students’ TPACK training.The research process is divided into the following five parts.Firstly,through literature analysis and interview results analysis to determine the influencing factors of the development of TPACK for normal students;Secondly,according to Constructivism,Peer-coaching theory and information technology and curriculum integration theory,and combined with previous empirical research to establish the relevant relationship hypothesis;Thirdly,According to the previous scale,Design questionnaires,implementation questionnaires,data analysis,and then the data are imported into the AMOS to construct the structural equation model to verify the data,and finally the modified structural equation model and the influencing factor model are obtained;Finally,according to the influencing factor model,suggestions for the development of TPACK for normal students are put forward.This research has identified five factors influencing the development of TPACK for normal students during the educational practice.The author divides them into two aspects,the psychological environment and the physical environment.Psychological environment factors include personal reflection and self-efficacy;physical environment factors include human factors(internship instructors,intern partners,students),education and training courses and technology,leadership support,physical environment factors will directly affect TPACK,and will also pass Psychological environmental factors have an impact on TPACK.Based on the factors influencing the development TPACK of normal school students,this research puts forward four suggestions: 1.Educational training courses — establish TPACK cognition based on real situations;2.Educational practice activities — pay attention to the planning of educational practice links;3.Peer-coaching during the internship — establish a learning community;4.personal reflection—establish the awareness of the initiative to develop TPACK.What situational factors affect the development or improvement of teachers’ knowledge during the period of normal students’ educational practice,such as the preparation of teachers’ knowledge before they really want to teach,the integration of technology into teaching to promote better results;How to solve the temporary problems in class deeper understanding of knowledge through reflection after class.This study is based on the process of educational practice,explores the influencing factors of the development TPACK of normal students,constructs the influencing factor model of the development TPACK of normal students,and analyzes the path relationship between the influencing factors and the TPACK.On the basis of the analysis results,this paper puts forward the promotion strategy for the TPACK of normal students in educational practice,which provides a certain reference significance for the cultivation of normal students’ TPACK during practice. |
