| As a key link and an important part of China's education system,primary school education is an important training base and education base for cultivating students' moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic skills.School-based training as an important part of inheritance and mentoring guidance of old and new teacher training methods,school-based teachers through teaching view,teaching demonstration,teaching research methods such as professional guidance to teachers to be appointed to be appointed can effectively improve the teachers' teaching skills,teaching materials,classroom management plan,through the campus to be appointed to assist the teachers,to accelerate the beginning teachers adapt to the teaching work and teaching life also is of great significance.To the current situation of the elementary school school-based teachers guidance ability of our country,the evaluation is objective,this paper USES questionnaire and interview the way of combining with 5 D city primary school in shandong province in 600 in-service teachers(300 school-based teachers 300 attributes)as the research sample,from an open communication team orientation respect individual diversity acceptance attaches great importance to the development of school-based teachers in primary schools in five dimensions,coaching ability present situation investigation results show that different age and gender of teaching title of school-based teachers in primary schools coaching ability have significant differences,respect for the individual and in the open communication team orientation Multiple acceptance attaches great importance to the development of the five dimensions of significant different in the face of school-based guidance that exist in the school-based training of primary school teachers' overall guidance ability to promote school-based training system is not perfect school-based teachers training system is not sound and other issues,from perfecting school-based training mechanism,attach importance to school-based teachers actual needs perfecting school-based teachers training mechanism,and raise their comprehensive ability in counseling teachers improve the school-based training communication mechanism,enhance teachers' enthusiasm to be appointed three aspects of school-based teachers coaching ability,strengthen school-based training actual effect. |
