| With the further development of the new curriculum reform,the ministryof education has taken the school-based research as an important way withChinese characteristics to promote teachers’ professional level. In the period ofeducation reform, school-based research can be able to make teachers grow,school change and get the education reform a shortcut to success. Atpresent,school-based research based on the education teaching practice andschool, promote the school development and become an inevitable choice ofpromoting teacher professional development. Under the influence of externalfactors power, school-based research based on the initiative ofteachers’development, starting from the actual situation faced by the educationteaching, tries to find a solution reacting on educational practice. As thecrystallization of teachers’ wisdom, school-based research has importantsignificance in creating the learning teschers team and deepening theconnotation of the development of the school. As change the traditional mode ofteachers’ passive development,integratingthe independently,study andreflection unit,school-based research set up the new mode ofteachers’development.Adopted questionnaire survey method,observation method and interviewmethod,this paper investigated the actual situation of the primary school inDalian carrying out the school-based research activities and formed a clearunderstanding to the status quo of the implementation of the school-basedresearch.The paper, which deeply discussed the problems and reasons found outin the process of school-based research and combined with the practice of theschool on school-based research, put forward some countermeasures andsuggestions. Through the survey, it found that in the process of the school-basedresearch,the leaders and teachers have not paid enough attention to it, the content is not clear,the methord lack of change, the system is not perfect, theutility color is thick. The paper in view of all sorts of problems puts forward thestrategies and suggestions so as to promote the further development of theschool-based research,discussed from from the angle of the development ofteachers, improving the system, enriching the aspects such as form,clearing thecontent of the school-based research. |
