A Study On The Connection Of Moral Education And Legal Education In Primary And Secondary Schools

The connection of primary and secondary school's legal education is to connect the twos tages in teaching,and to link the legal content of compulsory education into a whole.As the front line of legal education,the course of "morality and rule of law" in primary and secondary schools is the key to connect the teaching of legal education in primary and secondary schools.Morality and the rule of law is a compulsory course from the first grade to the ninth grade.The education goal of primary school is to guide students to establish correct values,understan d basic legal common sense and legal knowledge,establish awareness of rules,so as to better adapt to the collective life of the school.The education goal of junior high school is to learn more professional legal knowledge,establish legal awareness,cultivate the concept of rule of la w,and be able to use the law to protect their own,others,the country and social legitimate rights and interests.Primary school's legal education and teaching is the foundation of junior high school's legal education.Junior high school's legal education is the deepening and upgrading of primary school's legal education.The connection between primary school's legal education and junior high school's legal education can better promote the teaching effect of legal education and achieve the teaching goal of legal education.This paper is to investigate and understand the current situation of the teaching connection of rule of law in the course of "morality and rule of law" in primary and secondary schools,find out the problems existing in the teaching connection in the actual teaching,and finally give my own suggestions,mainly through paying attention to the teaching material content and classroom situation of "morality and rule of law" in primary and secondary schools,analyze the problems existing in the teaching connection of rule of law in the course of "morality and rule of law" In order to improve the transition and connection from primary school to junior high school,we should give full play to the teaching function of moral and rule of law.The author first collects a large number of literature through search engine,and uses liter ature research method to sort out the research results on the rule of law education,the Conver gence Education of primary and secondary schools and the convergence of moral and rule of law courses in primary and secondary schools,which provides sufficient theoretical basis for the research of this paper;then,through interview,the author respectively analyzes the primary and secondary school teachers,students,especially the teachers in the convergence stage of primary and secondary schools Students are interviewed to understand their ideas on the conne ction and their views on the connection of the legal education in primary and secondary schools,and further explore the problems of the connection between the legal education in the course of "morality and the rule of law" in primary and secondary schools.Finally,based on the existing problems,it puts forward targeted suggestions from three aspects of teachers,teaching methods,family and society The suggestion of teaching connection is hoped to be beneficial to the teaching of rule of law in the course of "morality and rule of law" in primary and secondary schools,to form an effective connection in the teaching of rule of law in primary and second ary schools,to better promote the effectiveness of the education of rule of law in primary and secondary schools,to achieve the goal of the education of rule of law,and to cultivate more talents of rule of law.This paper consists of the introduction and four chapters.The introduction part of this paper introduces the reason and significance of the topic,literature review,research objectives,research content and research methods.The first chapter explains the related concepts,expounds the legal education,the connotation of teaching cohesion,and the theoretical basis of teaching cohesion.The second chapter is about the significance of the teaching connection of rule of law in the course of "morality and rule of law" in primary and secondary schools.By studying the requirements of the teaching connection of rule of law in primary and secondary schools,it is concluded that the teaching connection of moral and rule of law in primary and secondary schools is of great significance to the education of rule of law,which is helpful to the implementation of the teaching connection of rule of law and achieve good effect of education of rule of law.The third chapter is about the current situation and problems of the connection of rule of law education and teaching in the course of morality and rule of law in primary and secondary schools.Through interview and investigation,it is found that although the education of rule of law in the course of morality and rule of law in primary and secondary schools has made so meachievements,there are some problems in the connection of the education of rule of law in primary and secondary schools,such as the lack of connection,the lack of attention to connection,the lack of
