<Chinese course standard of compulsory education(2011Edition)>proposed the fundamental concepts of "improve students’ Chinese accomplishment"and the curriculum ideas of "the nine years consistent design’s curriculum goal ".Chinese teaching is the most important channel of training Chinese accomplishment.The Chinese teaching naturally become the focus of research,and the connection between primary and secondary schools in Chinese teaching is directly related to the realization of curriculum objectives.It also attracted many researchers’ attention.This paper research the issue from the point of the reading teaching.It looks for the strategies and solutions according to the combination of curriculum standards,textbooks and teaching practice.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,firstly introduces the background,present situation,significance of the study and thinking.The first chapter describes the core concept of the study and theory evidence.The second chapter has carried on the questionnaire and interview on the current situation of Chinese reading teaching, which connect the elementary and middle school.The survey results reflect some problems of the present Chinese reading Teaching. The performance is the students are lack of initiative,they have not formed the scientific learning method. They are lack of understanding of learning content on the stage,the compliance rate is low.The teachers are not familiar with the teaching contents and curriculum requirements when they are teaching on the connection period. They cannot connect the teaching in the actual practice.The third chapter summarizes the causes of the problems in Chinese reading teaching in primary and middle schools,based on the combination of the second chapter’s results of the survey.The causes including:1. The difference of the curriculum standard between primary and secondary schools.2. The difference of the teaching material between the primary and middle school.3. The difference of the teachers teaching characteristic.4. The differences of the students learning characteristics between the primary and secondary school.5.The defect of the teachers and students of their own.6. The defect of the school running system and management system.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper.For the previous research, the solution is vague and lack of specific defects.1. Combining the Chinese book and the curriculum content and target of reading part of the three and four period of Chinese curriculum standard,to make clear the connection points between the sixth grade and seven grade2. The Chinese teaching material of the People’s Education Press is an example,this paper find out the material structure and text content’s connection between the primary and secondary schools.3.Provide suggestions for teaching from the teacher’s teaching practice.4. Provide solutions for the lack of the education system and school management system.This part tries to provide practical help for teachers’teaching from the actual teaching point of view.And also provide a new way to solve the problems.This is the innovation and the value of the study.The meaning is significant to solve the connection problem of Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools.Because the status of reading teaching in Chinese teaching is important,we can guarantee the quality of the whole Chinese teaching, as long as we guarantee the quality of reading teaching. If we complete the connection of reading teaching in primary and secondary schools successfully,the whole Chinese teaching between primary and secondary schools is the most successful.
