| Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it has been emphasized that we should firmly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,strengthen our confidence in the rule of law,and establish our legal literacy.In particular,we should strengthen the education of young people in the rule of law,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with awareness and concept of the rule of law.At present,in the teaching of rule of law in compulsory education,the phenomenon of repetition,disconnection and hanging upside down exists because of running schools separately,which is not conducive to the cultivation of primary and secondary school students’ legal literacy and awareness.The proposal of "integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools"(hereinafter referred to as integration)has promoted the teaching connection between different classes,and provided a new idea for the research of teaching connection of rule of law.Therefore,based on the background of integration,this paper thinks about the problems related to the connection of rule of law teaching in elementary and junior high schools.First of all,from the background of integration,the first chapter expounds the inevitability of the convergence of rule of law teaching in primary schools,which plays a very important role in implementing the party’s educational policy,cultivating students’ core literacy and adapting to the law of teenagers’ growth.Furthermore,it explores the new goals and methods proposed by the integration background for the connection of rule of law teaching in primary schools: improving the quality of teachers of morality and rule of law,and promoting the reform and innovation of rule of law teaching.It also summarizes the theoretical support of the connection of rule of law teaching in primary schools from the Marxist contradiction theory,meaningful learning theory and constructivist theory.Then,the second chapter is the current situation of the connection of the rule of law teaching in Primary School.First,we sort out the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" in Primary School,and refine all the knowledge points of the rule of law into civic awareness education,rule awareness education and constitutional awareness education,so as to feel the depth and gradient of the content.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates the current situation of the connection between primary school and junior high school rule of law teaching,makes statistical analysis by SPSS,and then imports the data into the software Origin Pro 2021 for mapping.Chapter three,the problems and causes of poor connection between primary school and junior high school rule of law teaching.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems of poor cohesion in the cohesion.The problems are summarized and analyzed: the teaching evaluation mechanism of Taoist teachers is imperfect,the allocation of Taoist teachers in primary schools is not standardized,the transformation of teaching methods of rule of law in primary schools under the new era background,and parents’ low expectations of Taoist lessons in primary and junior high schools.Finally,according to the existing problems and attribution analysis,the fourth chapter proposes to improve and strengthen the connection of rule of law teaching in primary schools from the following aspects.First of all,cooperate in educating people and strengthen the construction of the linking system;Secondly,study teaching materials deeply and attach importance to the connection of rule of law teaching;Besides,we should make rational use of teaching methods,linking teaching methods and learning methods;Finally,expand the teaching practice of the rule of law,and achieve the unity of knowledge and action. |
