Cognition disorder is a problem that everyone may face in the process of aging,and has attracted extensive attention in many fields.This study takes the H community in Shanghai as an example to organize elderly people to carry out horticultural groups.Through eight horticultural group activities,they can help the elderly increase their understanding of scientific knowledge of cognitive disorders,strengthen the training of cognitive functions,and develop a reasonable diet Habits,enhance physical exercise to reduce the risk of developing cognitive disorders,and promote the healthy aging of the elderly.In this study,tools such as the "Simple Intelligent Mental State Scale" and "Cognitive Science Knowledge Scale" were used to compare the pre-and post-test data of elderly people participating in the gardening group.The cognitive abilities of the team members remained stable,and even improved slightly,and the knowledge reserve on how to prevent cognitive disease is significantly increased,proving that the gardening team has a positive role in the prevention of cognitive disease and has its unique advantages.At the same time,it summarizes and reflects on the lack of professionalism,scale and timeliness of this project,and puts forward suggestions for social workers' own professional development and suggestions for follow-up related research,in order to help more elderly people to do well in cognitive disorders Early prevention,and actively respond to aging.
