The Influence Of Social Capital Of Entrepreneurial Persistence

Under the guidance of the policy of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",entrepreneurship has become a trend and trend in China,and the form of entrepreneurship has gradually changed from the previous single-player mode to the team mode,and more and more entrepreneurs choose to start a team.However,in the same entrepreneurial environment,some entrepreneurial teams choose to continue to persist despite difficulties and setbacks in the entrepreneurial process,while some choose to give up.How should entrepreneurial teams stick to their original intention and persist in entrepreneurship in the rush of entrepreneurship,and what factors will affect them in the process of entrepreneurship? More and more scholars at home and abroad pay attention to it.As the primary condition of entrepreneurship,social capital provides a new perspective for the study of entrepreneurial persistence.In addition,recent research on entrepreneurial persistence shows that emotion,especially entrepreneurial passion,can also enhance entrepreneurial persistence in entrepreneurial behavior.Based on this background,this study explores the mechanism of the impact of social capital on entrepreneurial persistence behavior of entrepreneurial teams in new ventures.This study selected a total of 109 new ventures in Shanghai,zhejiang and other places in entrepreneurial teams,through literature analysis,adopts qualitative research and quantitative research method of combining the,from the perspective of social capital theory,discusses the entrepreneurial teams to entrepreneurial behavior mechanism,the influence of social capital and entrepreneurial passion and community mechanism of entrepreneurial culture,the results showed that:(1)entrepreneurial teams of social capital to venture insisted that there is significant positive influence on behavior,specifically team external social capital affects the entrepreneurial behavior.(2)Entrepreneurial passion plays an intermediary role in the influence of social capital of entrepreneurial team on entrepreneurial persistence behavior.Among them,harmonious passion plays an intermediary role in the influence of social capital inside and outside entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial persistence behavior.(3)Community entrepreneurial culture has a moderating effect on the second half of the mediating effect,that is,it has a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial persistence.Specifically,community entrepreneurial culture plays a moderating role in the relationship between harmonious passion and entrepreneurial persistence behavior,that is,the higher the community entrepreneurial culture atmosphere is,the stronger the influence of social capital of entrepreneurial team on entrepreneurial persistence behavior through harmonious passion will be.The results verified some of the theoretical hypotheses in this study,and to some extent explained the influence mechanism of social capital of entrepreneurial team on entrepreneurial persistence behavior and the action mechanism of entrepreneurial passion and community entrepreneurial culture.It not only enriches the existing research on entrepreneurial persistence behavior,but also provides enlightenment on how to enhance entrepreneurial persistence behavior of start-up business teams in practice.
