Innovation is the soul of a nation,and an inexhaustible motive force for the economic development of country or region,entrepreneurship is an effective way to achieve innovation.With the rapid development of the commercial economy and knowledge economy,more and more college students are engaged in the wave of entrepreneurship,and have gained some successful experiences.Therefore,it is a hot topic about how to cultivate the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness of university students,and to encourage college students to start their own businesses in the field of entrepreneurship.At present,the government has introduced a series of policy measures to promote and encourage students to start their own businesses.In addition to alleviating employment pressure and promoting the development of innovative economy,it is more critical to cultivate the entrepreneurial propaganda and entrepreneurial spirit in the process of entrepreneurship,to select the entrepreneurship in the future career.Entrepreneurial passion plays an important role in the process of entrepreneurial decision-making,which can effectively promote the input of individual energy,emotion and time.At the same time,it can guide the emergence and enhancement of entrepreneurial behavior tendency and enhance individual identity to entrepreneur.In order to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial decision-making,this study starts from the emotional point of view,as the entry point of entrepreneurial passion which is susceptible to external entrepreneurial atmosphere,and analyzes the intrinsic mechanism of entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making.Entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial intention be mediation variables,entrepreneurial identity as a moderation variable.This study could expand research from the following aspects to : Firstly,whether the emergenceand development of individual entrepreneurial decision-making is affected by emotional factors?which affection factors will have a significant impact on business decision-making?Secondly,how does the entrepreneurial passion affects the internal mechanism of entrepreneurial decision-making ? Thirdly,how does entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial intention affect entrepreneurial decision-making?What is the mechanism of entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making? Fourthly,does entrepreneurial identity have an impact on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making? In order to deeply analyze the above problems,this study constructs the mechanism model of entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making to explore the mechanism of action among the factors.This study takes nine provinces undergraduates as research object to analyze the relationship among entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial commitment,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial decision-making,and enrich the theory and empirical research on entrepreneurial decision-making.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relationship among entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial commitment,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial decision-making,and proposal that entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial intention have a positive impact on entrepreneurial decision-making.Secondly,on the basis of the emotion transfer theory and the plan behavior theory,this paper analyzes the inherent mechanism of the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making.At the same time,individual entrepreneurial identity is an important variable influencing entrepreneurial perceptions.The difference in the role of entrepreneurial role and perceived value would affect the relationship between variables.Therefore,we have constructed a mediating model of entrepreneurial passion — entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial willingness —entrepreneurial decision,and presented the hypothesis of this study.Thirdly,we have revised and perfected the questionnaire by the in-depth interview and pre-survey.We have tested the 23 research hypotheses by using the empirical research methods,such as reliability and validity analysis,regression analysis and bootstrap analysis.Finally,we have discussed the conclusions of this study,summarized the theoretical and practical significance,then to present the limitations of this study and future research prospects.In this study,we have used the means of questionnaires to test the empirical model,and the following conclusions are drawn: firstly,it has tested the positive influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial decision-making,and the results show that passion for inventing,passion for founding and passion for developing have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision-making;Secondly,entrepreneurship commitment is an important driver of individual decision making,and has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial decision making,in which affection commitment,behavioral commitment and continuance commitment all have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision-making.In addition,it has proved that the entrepreneurship commitment plays a part of intermediary role between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making;Thirdly,entrepreneurial intention has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial decision-making,and there is part mediating effect in the relationship;Fourthly,the moderating effect of entrepreneurial identity is tested.The results show that entrepreneurial identity has a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention,while the moderating effect between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial commitment is not significant;Fifthly,it has further tested the mediating effect model of entrepreneurial identity on entrepreneurial intention — entrepreneurial decision-making,proves that entrepreneurial identity regulates the effect of entrepreneurial passion through entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial decision-making.This study has extended the research of individual entrepreneurship decision-making from the perspective of emotion and behavioral inclination,and constructed the research model of affection factors influencing entrepreneurial decision-making,and perfects the existing research.Firstly,it has further enriched the research of entrepreneurial decision-making and promoted the research of entrepreneurial passion's effect on entrepreneurial decision-making.From theperspective of emotion and intention,this study has analyzed the effect path of entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial intention on entrepreneurial decision-making.It not only enriches the antecedent variable research of entrepreneurial decision-making,but also provides an important conditional variable to analyze how entrepreneurial passion influences entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial willingness.It has provided a new perspective for the research of entrepreneurial decision-making.Secondly,it has broadened the research perspective of entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial.The study has deeply analyzed the individual's emotional investment and entrepreneurial behavior,and reflected the decision-making behavior of the individual under the influence of emotional factors and behavioral tendencies.It has found that entrepreneurial passion can enhance individual entrepreneurial decision-making through the communication of entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial intention,and broaden the research scope of the influence mechanism between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial decision-making.Thirdly,this study has constructed the model of entrepreneurial decision-making under the influence of identity.This study has verified the moderated-mediating effect of entrepreneurial identity,expanded the thinking of entrepreneurial decision-making research,and provided the theoretical support from the related research of emotion and intention.This study has analyzed the individual driving factors that influence individual entrepreneurial decision-making,and provided theoretical basis and practical support for exploring entrepreneurial behavior and practice.
