Private colleges in China play an increasingly important role in the field of higher education.As the main body of teaching work,teachers of private colleges who needs extra attention combine students,schools and society.As a traditional profession,teachers' professional identity influence significantly professional development.Through the literature research in China and abroad,it is found that there are few achievements that can explain the professional identity of private teachers,and the degree of attention is not high enough.It is worth further exploration to draw the conclusion to achieve practical impact.As an economically developed area,Shanghai has a large number of mature private colleges.The research on the influencing factors of teachers' professional identity in private colleges can provide rich experience for reference.This study uses qualitative research methods,taking the teachers of private colleges in Shanghai as the research subjects,through the distribution of questionnaires,the recovery and the coding of text materials,and analyzes the influencing factors of the professional identity of private college teachers in the progressive three links of the connotation of identity,professional understanding and promotion ways.It forms a dynamic influencing factor framework with students,organizations,society and teachers as the main subjects,and finds that there are some differences in the influencing factors of teachers' professional identity under the four main subjects.Meanwhile,in the process of research,study will constantly compare and communicate with the practice and literature,and feedback the research conclusions to the research subjects,so as to gradually improve the connotation of factors.Study will analyze the potential causes of the factors to provide direction for further research in the future.Finally,combined with the results of the study,the paper puts forward practical suggestions for teachers and organizations.The first chapter of this study is the introduction part,which includes the review of foreign literature and research design;the second chapter is the empirical research process,which specifically introduces the coding process of text materials;the third chapter is the conclusion analysis,which compares the differences between different dimensions of the study and explains them based on the existing research results;the fourth chapter is the suggestion part,which is based on all the research results and provide suggestions and countermeasures for the corresponding subjects.The results of this study are in favor of enhancing the cognition of influencing factors of teachers' professional identity in private colleges theoretically and enriching the research quantity;practically,it is in favor of improving teachers' professional identity in private colleges in Shanghai.
