Professional identity means that learners accept and recognize their majors and are willing to conduct professional learning and inquiry with a positive attitude and active behavior.Professional identity of andragogy postpraduates marks the postpraduate's cognition and acceptance of the profession,it is a dynamic concept that accompanies the learning process,learners will change their understanding of the profession due to changes in internal factors and changes in external environment.The thesis takes the professional identity and its influencing factors of andragogy postpraduates as the research object,adopts the method of combining qualitative research and empirical research,and focuses on the current situation of professional identity and its possible influencing factors,and how to improve professional identity.The sample of empirical research comes from 15 colleges and universities of andragogy postpraduates,including 184 effective respondent,including 123 interdisciplinary andragogy postpraduates and 61 non-interdisciplinary andragogy postpraduates.Based on empirical analysis and qualitative research,this research mainly obtained the following conclusions:first,the professional identity of andragogy postpraduates is at a medium level and needs to be improved;second,different backgrounds such as the gender,grade,professional choice volunteer,school,academic performance,and the frequency of self-study of books related to the professional of andragogy postpraduates differ in professional identity,and there is no significant difference in work experience before enrollment;third,the current situation of professional identity for andragogy postpraduates is the result of the joint effect of postpraduates themselves,mentors,the professional configuration of the school and social cooperation.Combining theoretical analysis,the research mainly puts forward the following four suggestions:treat postgraduate education correctly and improve self-learning awareness;establish good teacher-student relationship and interaction;improve professional status,upgrade professional configuration;increase recognition and increase employment opportunities.
