With the rapid development of the economy,China's higher education is becoming more and more popular,and the quaintly of graduate students is also growing.As an important factor affecting the development of professional learning psychology and professional ability of master students,professional recognition is also receiving more and more attention.The professional identity of master students will directly affect the quality of postgraduate training,so it is of great practical significance to study professional identity.However,it is not enough to study the professional identity.It is also necessary to explore the factors affecting the professional identity and find the specific factors that affect the professional identity of the postgraduate students,in order to propose solutions.In view of this,the author has used questionnaires,interviews,and literature methods to study the professional identity and influencing factors of postgraduate students.This article consists of the following six parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the proposal of research questions the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the definition of the professional identification,the research methods and the procedures.This chapter paves the way for the following to be able to proceed smoothly.The second part is a literature review.It mainly summarizes the research on professional identity and its influencing factors at home and abroad,including professional identity,professional identity measurement and identification influencing factors.On this basis,it summarizes the shortcomings of previous studies,so that the author can make up for the shortcomings of previous studies and carry out his own research.The third part is the construction of the questionnaire.In this chapter,the construction of the questionnaire is elaborated.The structure,assignment and coding of the questionnaire are explained in detail.The pre-questionnaire is also tested and revised,and a formal questionnaire is formed.This paper elaborates on the issuance and recovery of formal questionnaires,and gives a detailed description of the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaires.The data shows that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity and is suitable for further research.The fourth part is the survey results of the master's professional recognition.This chapter conducts descriptive statistics and differential test on the research data and analyzes the recognition of the graduate students.The fifth part is the survey results of the factors affecting the professional identity of graduate students.This chapter conducts a correlation analysis and regression analysis on the factors affecting the professional identity of graduate students,and explores whether there is a linear correlation between the professional identity and influencing factors of master students.The sixth part is the conclusions and recommendations of the study.In this chapter,the author summarizes the conclusions of the above investigations and makes recommendations for the conclusions obtained.In addition,the shortcomings of this research and the prospects for future research are also described.
