This paper USES the literature method,interview method and comparative analysis method,through the health qigong and yoga way of historical and cultural background,motion characteristics,mechanism of preserve one's health,fitness function and effects,advantages and disadvantages factors such as the comparison and analysis,the results showed: in terms of historical and cultural background,different but both belong to the traditional fitness regimen achievement method: on the movement characteristics,has the characteristics of the soft,slow but yoga pay more attention to the mind of the guard;Both of them have similarities in the combination of breathing,thinking and movement,but more attention is paid to the coordination of breathing and movement in health qigong.In the course of social development,yu cangue's course of development is relatively more clear and clear,and it is easier to go to the market.In terms of health maintenance mechanism,physical fitness qigong more combines the traditional Chinese health maintenance culture such as the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of vital energy,the theory of five elements and the theory of Yin and Yang.In the fitness function and the effect aspect,both have the same effect;In terms of adapting to the crowd,the two are the same,but the fitness qigong exercise group is concentrated in the middle-aged and the elderly,while yoga is concentrated in the young women;In the comparison of advantages and disadvantages,each has its own limitations.At the same time,through the research on the significance of promotion in the school physical education,the paper holds that: in the primary and middle school physical education classroom,the general administration of sport of China is appropriately introduced to the implementation of four sets of ordinary skills;In college physical education departments,health qigong should be set up as an important part of traditional Chinese physical education,which requires not only the teaching of health qigong techniques,but also the study of relevant theories.In addition,it is suggested to promote the teaching of yi jin jing,ba duan jin,wu qin xi and liu zi jiao in the pedigree of colleges and universities.Both qigong and yoga have a long history and important cultural value.They are both ways of exercising the body.In this paper,from both the cultural and historical background,use the crowd,motion characteristics and mode,the mechanism of preserve one's health and fitness function,the pros and cons of factors,both in the school sports teaching promotion strategy and so on has carried on the positive analysis and exploration,to systematically combing both the similarities and differences,abandon their own disadvantage,take its director,each other to achieve common development,at the same time for both can be popularized in the school sports teaching to provide certain theoretical support.Finally,according to the research results,this paper summarizes the conclusions in four aspects and puts forward Suggestions in four aspects.
