With the rapid development of science and technology,with the development of artificial intelligence,electronic Internet and other emerging industries,new jobs are emerging one after another.More and more young people are engaged in e-sports,which is a way for them to adapt to the society.In these years,Chinese esports has also experienced such landmark events as "SKY" li xiaofeng defending the title of world esports tournament warcraft,two gold MEDALS and one silver MEDALS at the Asian games in Jakarta,and IG team winning the 2018 league of legends global final.Although esports is a new profession,the size of China's esports industry exceeded 91.2 billion yuan in 2018,with 428 million users,according to the 2018 esports industry talent report.At present,the number of employees in China's e-sports industry has reached 443,000,with an average monthly salary of 11124.8 yuan.But due to the particularity of career as a professional player remove physical pain,actually part of the more likely to develop mental illness,professional pressure is very big,should not only inherit the fans,and family about their expectations,can't play well and even negative comments online abuse,this is not everyone can accept.For example,Pawn,who used to be the only player in EDG for S5,chose to retire because of his compulsive disorder.Wolf,a former SKT assistant,has recently retired due to depression and other psychological problems.These are not the most serious ones,but the most serious one is that on December 5,2019,a tragedy broke out in the esports circle.The former C9 wild player was reported to have left the world due to depression.This shows the power of depression is very terrible,people's brain is easy to have wild thoughts,this time only the self to break free.In this study,several teenagers from B e-sports comprehensive base in shenyang city were selected as the objects of intervention.On the basis of integrating and sorting out previous research results,interviews and questionnaires were used to understand the depression status of teenagers in e-sports base,and needs assessment was conducted for group members.On the basis of needs assessment,the author designed and carried out group work to help the teenagers in e-sports base alleviate the depression,hoping to improve the self-cognition bias of the team members and improve the communication skills to improve the depression.After comparing the pre-test and post-test data of the self-rating depression scale,the response of group members and the participation of the author,the completion of the group task was evaluated.It was found that the group social work could get a better effect by intervening in the depression of teenagers in e-sports base.Finally conclude that at present a lot of families because parents are busy working,and for the e-sports industry is not very understanding,think of the so-called e-sports is playing the game does not go far,it is difficult to detect and difficult to understand the child's negative emotions,parents and adolescents stage children lack of communication,lead to the expression of desire is abate,hide to negative emotions.More and more teenagers are becoming depressed all over the country,mostly due to the stress of their social environment and parents' incomprehension.Communication is a very important way to solve adolescent depression,in the process of communication,teenagers can effectively express their ideas and demands,to release the negative emotions of self,and in the process of expression,teenagers can be effectively sought to advice,and the listener can feel the adolescent mental health status,it is very important.At the same time,the author found that the causes of depression among teenagers in e-sports base are various,including not only the inferiority and lack of communication skills caused by the research subjects' wrong understanding of themselves,but also the criticism from the external media.To change the current situation of depression among teenagers in e-sports base,we should not only change their wrong cognition,but also call on the media from all walks of life to guide public opinion correctly and create a good social environment for these teenagers.
