In the era of Internet, with more and more attention and protection of property rights, content payment system has become a means for major domestic Internet companies to make profits and expand core user groups. In recent years, with the rapid development of sports network live broadcasting industry and the continuous influx of a large number of capital, the price of sports broadcast copyright is also rising. In order to further increase revenue, expand profits and realize profits, the company that purchased the broadcast right of the event launched the corresponding member payment system. This paper will take Tencent sports as an example to explore the construction strategy of the live broadcast payment system of online sports events. In the current "user-oriented" environment, users' requirements for online live broadcasting of sports events change with the changes of the times. From the initial clear picture without jam to the multi slot,English original voice commentary,to the VR live broadcasting in 5g era, users' increasingly stringent requirements also have higher requirements for the broadcast technology and means of the event broadcasters. At the same time, the payment system will continue to change with the development of the times. On the one hand, the broadcasters need to adjust the pricing strategy in real time according to the changes of copyright market and residents' income and other conditions, and tailor the payment scheme for user groups such as students;on the other hand, when the factors such as technical means and copyright environment change, the broadcasters have to seize the opportunity and respond in time,In order to be based on the content payment market and develop steadily in the tide of the times.
