Since the beginning of the 21 st century,in order to build a professional teaching staff,promote the process of professional development of teachers,implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,gradually promote the reform of the training system for teachers in primary and secondary schools,adjust the layout structure of teachers' colleges and universities,encourage comprehensive universities to participate in teacher training,and fully implement the system of qualification examination and regular registration of teachers in primary and secondary schools,a strong impact on the development of local teachers' colleges.As a result,some local normal colleges have abandoned the characteristics and advantages of teacher education,opened non-normal majors,and transformed to comprehensive universities.But in the process of transformation it was found that the original teacher's advantage was abandoned weakened,and the combined advantage did not emerge.As a result,many local normal colleges and universities adopt new teacher education model,such as U-G-S teacher education model adopted by some normal colleges,so how the operation mechanism and advantages of this teacher education model,this paper will take a normal university in Liaoning as an example to study it.For understanding the operation mechanism of U-G-S teacher education mode in local normal colleges and universities,it is mainly studied by literature research method,systematic analysis method,comparative research method and case study method.This paper summarizes the cause development,function characteristic and operation mechanism of U-G-S teacher education model in local normal colleges through literature combing the U-G-S teacher education model,U-G-S teacher education model,and then analyzes the development path of U-G-S teacher education model in local normal colleges and provides the theoretical research foundation for this paper.Finally,a teacher in Liaoning For example,by using the method of text analysis and interview based on rooted theory,the university can understand the operation mechanism and achievement of U-G-S teacher education mode in local normal colleges.Based on the investigation,it is found that the operation of U-G-S teacher education mode in local normal colleges effectively promotes the quality of teacher education in a normal university in Liaoning Province,and exerts the characteristic advantages of teacher education in normal colleges.At the same time,through the quantitative analysis of the interview results,it is found that the U-G-S of a normal university in Liaoning Province is inevitably designed because of the initial operation stage,the fuzzy cognition of the operation mechanism and the lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism.Good,lack of internal dynamic mechanism,formal planning content and other issues.Based on the example of a normal university in liaoning,this paper puts forward the optimization path of U-G-S teacher education mode in local normal colleges,which includes: adhering to the pursuit of multiple values,arousing the willingness of tripartite cooperation,optimizing the operation mechanism,promoting cooperation and symbiosis,deepening the management mechanism and strengthening the vitality of cooperative organization.And only by improving the theory and practice can we improve the advantages of the U-G-S teacher education model in local normal colleges.
