Research On The Operating Mechanism Of Further Education In Tertiary Vocational And Technical Colleges

Although the financial crisis's haze has not dispersed yet, the world economic competition has become more and more furious, in which the talented person, especially the scientific and technological talents, is the victorious key. Therefore, it is an effective method for higher vocational and technical colleges (hereafter as HVTCs) to further educate technical and skilled personal in order to cope with the crisis and rapidly renew and develop productivity. According to the system theory, this research of further education's operating mechanism in the HVTCs can be carried respectively on from four aspects, such as physical layer, presentation layer, rule layer and its environment. Firstly, the current situation and problems of the four aspects mentioned above are analyzed. Secondly, some practice experiences of further education in Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic are sublimated into theory. Finally, some pertinent countermeasures for these problems are proposed one layer by another. Thus, the writing structure of this thesis is naturally formed as follows:Chapterâ… : Introduction. It contains the background and the meaning of the raised question, reviews of the related researches in theory and practice of further education home and abroad, research objectives and contents, research ideas, methods and methodology.Chapterâ…¡: Definitions of two important concepts:"further education"and"operating mechanism". First of all, the meaning of further education is redefined. Then, based on the perspective of system theory, the operating mechanism of further education in HVTCs is divided into four research aspects, such as physical layer, presentation layer, rule layer and environment. Finally, such three concepts relevant to operating mechanism as system, model and unit are defined and discriminated each other.Chapterâ…¢: The current situations of the further education's operating mechanism in HVTCs from the four aspects above are analyzed in detail.
