4-5 years old is the inherited stage of the development of preschool children.Relatively speaking,their cognition and behavior have a certain degree of subjectivity.Children mainly explore and understand the external environment through action behaviors,and large muscle actions are the main part of the action behavior.The development level of large muscle action levels is related to the children's ability to explore the external environment.A good development level of large muscle actions is beneficial to Acquisition of basic motor skills for children.Cultivate children's sports sense and interest,so as to increase children's participation in sports activities,and help children's physical and mental development.This article uses literature data method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method to study the effect of skill fitness training on the development of large muscle movements of 4-5 years old children,explore physical activities suitable for preschool children,and provide effective teaching and training.Training plan and theoretical basis.The result shows:In the experimental group,there is a very obvious change in the development level of large muscle movements before and after the experiment.The overall movement of the operation skills is extremely significant compared with the pre-test(P<0.01);the other movements of the mobile skills except the running movement are compared with the pre-test Extremely significant difference(P<0.01),the change in action scores of operation skills is more obvious than that of mobile skills.Compared with the pre-test,the control group also had a certain change in performance.Only the ground ball scores in the action-related action scores were significantly different(P<0.05),and the overall increase was small;in the mobile skills,one-leg jump and stand-up Compared with the pre-test,there is a significant difference between long jump and forward slide(P<0.05).The movement skill score of the control group is better than that of the operation skill.1.Children grow and develop normally under the benefit of life,and the development of mobile skills related to lower limbs can be at a relatively normal development level,but the development of operational skills related to upper limbs is still lacking.2.The jumping ability of four to five year old children grows relatively fast,and the balance ability also becomes more stable with age.3.There is a certain positive correlation between the movement level of children's large muscles and fitness level.When the development level of children's movements is good,their fitness level will also increase accordingly.4.Physical fitness training has a certain promotion effect on children's large muscle development level,as well as the speed quality,strength quality,coordination ability and balance ability related to physical health.
