The process of action development runs through the whole life.The level of action development is deeply related to human health,physical condition,intelligence,behavior and so on.Children's period is a sensitive period of long-term development and movement development.Generally speaking,human movements are divided into large muscle movements and fine movements.Children's movement development mainly depends on the development of large muscle groups.It is the movement skills that children develop first with displacement movements and operation movements as basic motor skills.Moreover,the good development of large muscle movements can promote the positive development of small muscle groups,and at the same time,it can promote children's learning and mastering of complex sports skills,so as to strengthen children's interest in learning sports skills,and promote them to develop good habits of sports so as to lay the foundation for lifelong sports.From the perspective of growth and development stage,childhood is the most curious period for new things,at the same time,children's ability to imitate and accept new things is also the strongest in this period.In this study,the effect through the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the current physical education curriculum teaching,and finds the shortcomings of the current teaching warm-up for the development of primary school students' big muscle movements.Through the use of interesting physical training warm-up to improve the development level of primary school students' muscle movements.In practice,it is found that physical education in children's stage plays an important role in promoting the development of large muscle movements.The traditional warm-up of physical education has no obvious effect on the development of students' big muscle movement.The ratio of physical fitness warm-up exercise to traditional physical education class warm-up exercise has obvious advantages: Students' enthusiasm is significantly improved,which is helpful to stimulate learning motivation,have certain entertainment and fitness in the form of activities,provide basis for the later physical fitness warm-up exercise activities,and help students form the habit of lifelong physical fitness exercise.Through two months of experimental intervention,three years The following conclusions are drawn from the development of the muscle movements of the students of grade:1.After 8 weeks of intervention experiment,the displacement ability and object control ability of the experimental group were significantly different from that of the control group.So as to effectively promote the development of muscle movement ability of the third grade students.2.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention of physical fitness warm-up exercise,the experimental group is better than the control group in promoting the effect of the development of large muscle movements in primary school students.3.It is feasible and effective to introduce the physical fitness warm-up exercise into the physical education in the lower grade of primary school.It not only meets the requirements of physical education teaching objectives,but also promotes the physical and mental development of students.4.Physical fitness warm-up exercise can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning,form a good teaching atmosphere,make students develop good learning habits,and achieve good teaching results.
