In order to enable young children to develop physical fitness in the course of physical education,to cultivate the children's will quality,and to promote the healthy growth of young children from two aspects: physical function and mental outlook.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview method,mathematical statistics,on the basis of the kindergarten education guidelines,regulations on the administration of the kindergarten,the kindergarten work procedures and other documents standards,with large children's fitness course as the research object,by reference to the 3-6 years old children's motor development evaluation indicators of the related content,on the basis of solicit opinions from the experts,building up fitness course system.The construction of physical fitness courses for children in large classes is mainly carried out in the following five aspects:(1)the concept of physical fitness curriculum:focusing on the all-round development of young children.(2)physical fitness course objectives: emotional goals,motor skill goals,mental health and social adaptation goals.(3)principle of physical fitness courses: progressive principle,appropriate principle,comprehensive and coordinated development principle,scientific principle and playfulness principle.(4)physical fitness courses: drill,crawl,walk,run,jump,roll,throw,throw,hang,climb,support,balance,dodge and so on.(5)the curriculum evaluation,quantitative evaluation: height,weight,standing long jump,balance beam and a reverse layup ten metres in succession,crook proneness feet jump,tennis throw far,10 m,20 meters,both hands is supporting;Qualitative evaluation: evaluation form of children's physical education activities.And through experiment it is concluded that: the male,female kindergarten male and female kindergarten with the control in the three months after the contrast experiment,in addition to no significant change in height,weight,standing long jump,the balance beam,ten metres reverse layup in succession,crook proneness feet jump,tennis throw far,10 m,20 meters,hands is supporting the scores were improved,and the experimental results have been better than the control group of children children,more well development of young childrenin all kinds of fitness.Experimental classes in all children in preschool physical education teaching activity evaluation criteria of the mean is near the level of 4(good),there are some more evaluation content to be near the levels of 5 points(very good);The score of children in the comparison class is around 3.8 in all the scoring standards,which is close to a good level.As a part of preschool curriculum,physical education curriculum can enrich the theoretical knowledge of preschool curriculum,which has certain reference and reference significance in theoretical learning.In practice,through practice of my research proved that the fitness course construction of the actual operation significance,the staff of scholars and kindergarten teachers can carry out specific courses.
