| Y City in Shaanxi Province is a famous historical city with profound traditional culture.It can be seen from its typical folk characteristic diet.D kindergarten tries to develop the folk food culture garden based curriculum,which injects fresh blood into the kindergarten curriculum.This study adopts the methods of case study,interview,observation and literature to deeply analyze the development process of the curriculum of folk food culture park in D park.It emphasizes that food culture brings not only sensory "feast",but also the understanding of local traditional culture through diet,so as to produce love for hometown and nation.This paper first analyzes the process of the development of the folk food culture park curriculum in D Park,respectively from the determination of curriculum objectives,the selection of content,the process of implementation and evaluation formulation,then see the achievements and shortcomings.The main reasons are: 1.Teachers' awareness of curriculum development is weak;2.Teachers are lack of curriculum development and comprehensive utilization ability;3.Lack of government support;4.Lack of effective support from community parents.Based on this,the study puts forward suggestions from three aspects: first,the government actively issues the corresponding supporting documents,focuses on the introduction of talents and provides expert support.Secondly,teachers should carry out pre service training to change teachers' consciousness,strengthen kindergarten based training to form learning groups,and ensure systematic training and complete knowledge system.Thirdly,we should improve teachers' ability and strengthen professional guidance.Finally,we should strengthen parents' understanding of Kindergarten Based Curriculum and obtain support;we should make full use of community resources and strengthen communication and cooperation. |
