The psychology of learning has always been the focus of educators.The psychological shadow of learning refers to the bad psychological state that students are frustrated in the process of learning,which produces negative emotions and reduces the interest and motivation of learning.It is found that junior middle school students are prone to have psychological obstacles in learning mathematics,and before the obstacles form,there will be different degrees of emotional and attitudinal obstacles,that is,psychological shadow.How to prevent and eliminate the psychological shadow of students learning,to avoid the emergence of learning disabilities is our urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,three regions with different levels of economic development,educational development and educational resources allocation are selected to carry out the research,mainly using the method of questionnaire and case interview to investigate the psychological shadow of mathematics learning of junior middle school students,in order to understand the current situation of junior middle school students in mathematics learning,the author established the index system of psychological shadow influencing mathematics learning according to the Weinstein standardized learning strategy scale and related researches,based on this,a questionnaire for students and a questionnaire for teachers are developed.The questionnaire was distributed in three areas with different education level.The purpose of the questionnaire was to explore the differences of students' psychological shadow in different areas and to analyze the causes of learning psychological shadow.The correlation test and regression analysis were carried out with Likert five-scale integration and SPSS 25.0,and the teacher's questionnaire was analyzed with paired Matrix comparison weight method.According to the results,the causes of shadow are analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures and elimination strategies are given.From the Teacher's point of view,first,we should improve our self-cultivation and do well in teaching design;Second,we should teach students learning methods and improve learning efficiency;Fourth,establish a good relationship between teachers and students,do a good job of psychological counseling;Fifth,skillfully use strategies to manage the class and create a good learning atmosphere;.The suggestions to the students include four points:correct attitude,find the appropriate learning method,learn to communicate and express,and learn self-adjustment.On the other hand,parents should pay more attention to the mental health of their students.It is found that the strategy can correct students' attitude towards mathematics learning,improve their mathematics achievement and avoid or reduce the psychological shadow of mathematics learning.Therefore,the main findings and innovations of this study are as follows: First,the index system of shadow factors affecting students' mathematics learning is established The second is to choose different areas for investigation,from the students,teachers,parents as a three-point of entry,to give the corresponding solutions.To sum up,the conclusion is as follows:(1)Nearly one-third of the students do not have a high degree of recognition of mathematics subject,which is easy to produce the psychological shadow of mathematics learning;(2)There is a significant negative correlation between mathematics learning Psychological Shadow and mathematics achievement;(3)There are some similarities and differences in the psychological shadow features of mathematics learning in different areas.The students' cognition to the learning link is similar,but the focus is different;(4)From high to low,the students' anxiety level was Tianjin,Shihezi and Aksu,and the higher the students' achievement,the more likely they were to have math anxiety;(5)Every link in the process of mathematics learning is related to the psychological shadow of learning,the probability of students' psychological shadow caused by their own factors is higher than that caused by external factors;(6)There are differences between students and teachers in the cognition of psychological shadow factors affecting mathematics learning.Teachers pay more attention to students' own factors.The prevention and elimination of psychological shadow not only need to choose targeted strategies according to the actual situation of students,but also need teachers and students to work together to complete each teaching and learning link.According to the different characteristics of the mental shadow of junior middle school students in different areas in the process of mathematics learning,this paper chooses the elimination strategy according to the local conditions,effectively prevents and eliminates the negative influence of the mental shadow,thus enhances the students' learning interest,improving the efficiency of class is helpful to the healthy development of students.
