| In recent years,more and more Ghanaian football players are leaving Ghana senior League to join the European Football Professional League due to the influence of the golden dollar football mode of the five major European leagues.As a result,the overall strength of Ghana Football Super League has declined seriously.Ghana senior group club has not achieved good results in the African football champions league for many years.Studying the organization structure of Ghana senior League clubs and finding out the various factors restricting Ghana senior football clubs are conducive to enhancing the competitiveness and attraction of Ghana senior League clubs,helping Ghana football to go to the top of African football,to fight for the league title,to fight for the seat of African Union(CAF).This paper uses literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,comparative analysis.The organizational structure of Ghana senior football club was investigated.Starting from the organizational structure of Ghana senior football club,this paper analyzes the development history of Ghana football,the current situation of Ghana Football Association and Ghana senior League Club Association,the current situation of Ghana Senior Football Club organizational structure,and the current situation of European professional league club organizational structure.According to the actual needs,this paper analyzes the organizational structure of Ghana senior football club,and puts forward corresponding adjustment strategies of Ghana senior football club.The specific research results are as follows:1.Ghana football was introduced by British colonists.After Ghana's independence in 1953,football developed rapidly.Ghana Football Association was established in1957,and Ghana football development was on the right track.Ghana Football Professional League started in 1993.At present,Ghana football senior League has 16 teams.2.The general assembly of Ghana Football Association(GFA)is the highest and legislative body of Football Association(FA).It is the highest decision-making body of Ghana's football movement,with the power to formulate overall policies and make necessary decisions for implementation by the Executive Committee through the Secretariat.At present,the organizational structure of Ghana Football Association iscomposed of president,executive committee,Promotion Committee,Secretariat and Club Association of Ghana Football Association.3.Ghana League Club Association(ghalca)is the organization of Ghana senior League,which is responsible for the competition,competition rules,centralized broadcasting and other commercial operations.Ghana Football Association Club Association has a senior club management center and a league club management center.4.Ghana senior football club consists of chairman,board of directors,executive president and manager.In terms of the construction of the club's high-level organizational structure,only four clubs in the survey employed club managers,accounting for 50% of the survey;three clubs were directly operated by team owners,accounting for 37% of the survey;one club was in the charge of team coaches,accounting for 13% of the survey.5.In terms of the construction of the basic organization structure of the club,7clubs have independent financial management departments,accounting for 75% of the total number of investigations;5 clubs have sound human resource management departments,accounting for 62.5% of the total number of investigations;4 clubs have special marketing departments,accounting for 50% of the total number of investigations.6.Ghana senior football club is mainly funded by TV broadcasting fee,ticket revenue and League dividend.7.Most foreign football clubs have a board of directors,an executive director,a financial director,a marketing director,a communicator and a sales manager.In addition,the club has a public relations director,a legal affairs officer,an international exchange officer,a financial officer,a brand officer,a general manager and a chief operating officer. |
