A Study Of The Organizational Structure Design Of Chinese Professional Football Clubs

In order to standardize the building of Chinese professional football clubs,and to fit the orders of the Chinese Super Football League Match,the Chinese Football Association promulgated the "Super Clubs' Standard"in 2002,and setted a basic requirement of Clubs' organizational structure design.This study used the research methods as follow:literature,interviews and logic analysis,according to the development level,the function of a company,the theory of organizational structure design,we took a case study of the current organizational structure design of the Super Clubs.We found the main problems of Chinese professional football clubs' organizational structure design as follow:1.construct the organizational structure around the teams' match records;2.some functional departments didn't setted;3.the head coachs' rights are restricted;4.it's unequal between the rights and the status of some postes.After referring Leverkusen professional football club's organizational structure design,we point out the factors which effect Chinese professional football clubs' organizational structure design:1.it's lack of corresponding guiding theories;2.the clubs' independent status is less;3.the operation capacity is weak;4.the development level is low.The main causes of the differences in Chinese and foreign professional football clubs' organizational structure design are:1.the different origin backgrounds;2.operating in different social environments;3.the different development levels.Think of the status and the development necessary of Chinese professional football clubs,we suggest that:1.show the enterprise features in its organizational structure design,2.strengthen the clubs' independent entity status building;3.strengthen the public relationship management;4.strengthen the building of clubs' Party.
