Research On The Optimization Of State-Owned Assets Management In Colleges And Universities

In the national education system of China,colleges and universities shoulder the important mission and responsibility of cultivating high-level specialized talents needed by social development,promoting national scientific and technological progress,strengthening the transformation of technological achievements and industrial development,thus playing a pivotal role in the development of national economy.After long-term accumulation and development,colleges and universities have formed considerable state-owned assets,which provide basic material guarantee for colleges and universities to engage in higher education and carry out scientific research,as well as important guarantee for higher level development of colleges and universities.Therefore,the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities should be paid great attention to.Z University has a long history of establishment,but as a university in the west,compared with "double first-class" universities,there is an obvious gap in construction and management level.In particular,in recent years,and in the process of running schools,the channels for source of funds and running scales in Z University have been constantly expanding,but the relatively outdated concept of asset management,difficult inter-departmental cooperation,insufficient guarantee of the conditions,and other reasons have led to low efficiency of asset management.Under this situation,Z University must attach great importance to the management of state-owned assets.Therefore,this thesis,based on basic theories in management of state-owned assets,combing with Z university's overall condition and management situation of state-owned asses,analyzes Z University's real condition of state-owned asses management,and probes into the main problems in Z University's managing state-owned assets,through combined research methods of theories,real data and interview.In the light of revealing problems,the thesis further offers some countermeasures,such as clarifying management responsibility,improving the management system,establishing evaluation system,strengthening the construction of informatization,and developing managing personnel,with a view to providing reference advice for the optimization of the management of state-owned assets for Z University.
