Research On The Optimization Of State-owned Assets Management In Universities

As an important part of China ’s education system,colleges and universities have a very close relationship with social development and undertake the important mission of personnel training,scientific research,social services,cultural inheritance and innovation.Assets are an important carrier and guarantee for universities to fulfill their missions,cultivate talents for the society and carry out scientific research,and are the cornerstone for the continuous development of universities.With the expansion of the funding sources of colleges and universities,the school-running funds are more sufficient and the asset scale is increasing,which makes the asset management more complex and important.Therefore,strengthening the research on the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities,constantly finding and solving problems,gradually optimizing management,and promoting the continuous improvement of the management level of state-owned assets can give full play to the role of colleges and universities in promoting social development.In this paper,in the course of the study,starting with the research status at home and abroad,control policy requirements,draw lessons from the mature management experience of colleges and universities,taking L University as the research object,from the management system,system,organization,management personnel and other aspects of analysis,combing out the management still exist in the internal management mechanism is not perfect,management efficiency needs to be improved,the internal management system is not refined,lack of professional personnel,intangible assets management weakening,accounting does not match the phenomenon still exist,analyzes the reasons for these problems,the corresponding optimization management system,improve the management system,optimize the management information platform,optimize the management team and other measures,in order to optimize the management of state-owned assets in L University,and provide reference for similar colleges and universities in optimizing the management of state-owned assets.The research on the optimization of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities needs to be adhered to for a long time.According to the problems encountered in different periods,we should optimize the management,continuously improve the management level,and improve the ability to preserve and increase the value of assets.
