| Background:Balance ability is the basic guarantee for human body to carry out various physical activities smoothly.In many cases,if the balance ability can be improved in a short period of time by simple methods before shooting athletes go to the game,before the rehabilitation training of hemiplegic patients,and before the exercise of ordinary people,it will not only improve the sports performance,but also greatly reduce the risk of sports injury.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a method that can effectively improve the immediate balance ability.As the local stabilizer of foot,intrinsic foot muscle plays an important role in supporting foot arch and regulating foot dynamic movement.Due to the development of society,the use of shoes has gradually weakened the role of the intrinsic foot muscle.Moreover,due to the characteristics of the intrinsic foot muscle,such as deep position,small cross-sectional area and short arm,it is easy to cause waste muscle atrophy,resulting in a decline in muscle strength.The lack of intrinsic foot muscle strength is a contributing factor to balance disorders.Therefore,it is worth studying and discussing the immediate effect of intrinsic foot muscle training on human balance ability.Objective: To explore the immediate effect of intrinsic foot muscle training on balance ability of healthy people,and compare with one-foot standing training on the pad and whole body vibration training,to find a strategy that can quickly and effectively improve the balance ability.Methods: 45 healthy male subjects of non-sports major in Jilin Sport University were recruited.Each subject needs to be tested five times,before the beginning of the experiment,after the intrinsic foot muscle training,after the one-foot standing training on the pad,after the whole body vibration training and blank control test.The Freestep plantar pressure tester produced by Italy was used to test the static balance ability of the subjects under six different standing postures(open and close eyes of both feet,open and close eyes of one foot on the non-dominant side,open and close eyes of one foot on the dominant side).The Biodex Balance System SD balance tester produced by the United States was used to test the subjects dynamic balance ability under three different standing postures(open eyes of both feet,open eyes of one foot on the non-dominant side,open eyes of one foot on the dominant side).Except for the pre-test,each intervention was carried out randomly,and the elution period between each test was one week.In addition,the static and dynamic balance ability test sequence in each test is determined by random lottery.Intrinsic foot muscle training for subjects in order to short foot practice,the second to four toe extension,the first toe extension and the second to fifth toe extension practice four movements.One-way repeated measurement variance analysis was used to analyze the data(SPSS23.0).Results: static balance ability:(1)When standing with eyes open on both feet,there was no significant difference among the three interventions(P > 0.05).(2)When standing with eyes closed on both feet,the Delta X was significantly improved after intrinsic foot muscle training compared with pre-test(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the whole body vibration training and one-foot standing training on the pad(P >0.05).(3)When standing with eyes open on the non-dominant side,the sway length,Delta X and average speed were significantly improved after intrinsic foot muscle training compared with pre-test(P < 0.05);The Delta X was significantly improved after whole body vibration training compared with pre-test and blank control test(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in one-foot standing training on the pad(P > 0.05).(4)When standing with eyes closed on the non-dominant side,the sway length and maximum swing were significantly improved after intrinsic foot muscle training compared with pre-test(P <0.05);The sway length was significantly improved after whole body vibration training compared with pre-test(P < 0.05);The sway length was significantly worse after one-foot standing training on the pad compared with pre-test and blank control test(P < 0.05).(5)When standing with eyes open on the dominant side,the sway length was significantly improved after intrinsic foot muscle training compared with blank control(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the whole body vibration training and one-foot standing training on the pad(P > 0.05).(6)When standing with eyes closed on the dominant side,the elliptical area and delta X were significantly improved after one-foot standing training on the pad compared with blank control(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the intrinsic foot muscle training and whole body vibration training(P > 0.05).In addition,in all tests,there was no significant difference between pre-test and blank control test(P > 0.05).Compared with the one-foot standing training on the pad,intrinsic foot muscle training and whole body vibration training were significantly improved(P < 0.05),while intrinsic foot muscle training had no significant difference compared with whole body vibration training(P > 0.05),but the improved index parameters were more than that of whole body vibration training.Dynamic balance ability:(1)When standing with eyes open on both feet,the OSI was significantly improved after intrinsic foot muscle training and whole body vibration training compared with pre-test and blank control test(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in one-foot standing training on the pad(P > 0.05).(2)When standing with eyes open on the non-dominant side,the MLSI was significantly improved after intrinsic foot muscle training compared with blank control test(P < 0.05);the OSI and APSI were significantly improved after one-foot standing training on the pad compared with blank control(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in whole body vibration training(P >0.05).(3)When standing with eyes open on the dominant side,there was no significant difference among the three interventions(P > 0.05).In addition,in all tests,there was no significant difference between pre-test and blank control test(P > 0.05).Compared with the one-foot standing training on the pad,intrinsic foot muscle training and whole body vibration training were significantly improved(P < 0.05),while intrinsic foot muscle training had no significant difference compared with whole body vibration training(P >0.05),but the improved index parameters were more than that of whole body vibration training.Conclusion:(1)Intrinsic foot muscle training can improve the dynamic and static balance ability of healthy people immediately.(2)The immediate effect of intrinsic foot muscle training on balance ability of healthy people is better than that of whole body vibration training,and whole body vibration training is significantly better than that of one-foot standing training on the pad. |
