Research purpose: Analyze the effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on the brain electricity and balance ability of the elderly and explore the best way of them to improve the electrical and balance ability of the aged brain.This can prevent or reduce the occurrence of the old man's falling down and provide scientific basis for making effective exercise prescription.Methods: A total of 60 elderly people(30 in the experimental group and30 in the control group)are selected to perform 12-week resistance exercises of of low intensity using The 24 Shadowbox combined with elastic bands.The duration of the experiment is 12 weeks,and each time lasts for 60 minutes,and there are 3 times a week.Brain wave,reaction time,2-min standing,8-ft standing up,30 s sitting up,strength of lower limb muscles,Berg Balance Scale and other indexes are tested before and after the exercise intervention.Spss21.0 software is used to analyze the related indexes of EEG and balance ability before and after exercise intervention to verify the intervention effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on EEG and balance ability of the elderly.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the indexes of EEG,reaction time,total score of Berg Balance Scale and muscle strength of lower limbs between experimental group and control group before exercise intervention(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the power values of ? wave,? wave,? wave and ? wave in the experimental group before and after exercise intervention(P>0.05),There was no significant change in the power values of ? wave and ? wave in the occipital region(P>0.05),while the power values of ? wave and ? wave decreased significantly(P<0.05);there was no significant change in the power values of ? wave,? wave,? wave and ? wave in the central region and occipital region of male and female in the experimental group(P>0.05).In the control group,there was no significant change in the power values of the central and occipital regions(P>0.05).(2)Before and after exercise intervention,the power values of ? wave and ? wave in the central area and occipital area of the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05),while the power values of ? wave and ? wave decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the power values of the central and occipital regions of the control group(P>0.05).(3)Before and after the exercise intervention,the reaction time of male and female in the experimental group,men and women was significantly shortened,and the accuracy rate was significantly improved(P<0.01);there was no significant change in the response time and accuracy rate of the control group,men and women(P>0.05).(4)Before and after the exercise intervention,there were significant changes in the indicators of balance ability of the men and women of in the experimental group(P<0.01).Among them,the number of times of2 min standing and 30 s sitting up increased,and the walking speed of eight-foot standing up significantly increased,and the muscle mass of lower limbs and the total score of Berg balance scale significantly increased.In control group,the speed of men and women to stand up walking slow down significantly,lower limb muscle mass is significantly reduced(P<0.05),the number of female's 30 s sitting up significantly reduced(P<0.01),the female's Berg balance scale total score significantly decreased(P<0.01),while both the number of 2-min sitting up in men,women and the Berg balance scale total score index in the overall and men had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise can improve the excitability of the brain,improve the function of the brain,and enhance the regulation ability of the central nervous system of the elderly to external stimulation.(2)Aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise can improve the response ability of the elderly and help them to improve their balance ability.(3)Aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise can enhance the strength of lower limb muscle and improve the balance ability of the elderly,and reduce the risk of falling.
