army.At the same time,it lays a good foundation for the growth,development and future development of college students themselves.However,most of them need to retire after the end of their service period and return to school“ From "school gate" to "business gate" and back to "school gate",the rapid change of living environment,education environment,cultural background,learning atmosphere and role play within two years has brought a series of integration and adaptation problems to this group.In order to understand the current situation of the campus re integration of the retired college students in Tianjin and explore its influencing factors,this study takes the retired college students in ten colleges and universities in Tianjin as the survey object,and investigates and analyzes the campus re integration of the retired college students by the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis In order to provide the basis and systematic theoretical guidance for the better campus re integration of retired students,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the problems in the process of campus re integration.The results are as follows:1.The influencing factors of the campus re integration of the retired and returning college students in Tianjin are environment integration,policy and system,academic development,interpersonal communication,employment prospect and psychological integration.2.By analyzing the influence of six factors on the campus integration of retired and returned college students in Tianjin,this paper explores the problems in the process of campus integration of retired and returned college students in Tianjin,mainly including the following aspects:(1)In the aspect of environment integration,the change from barracks to campus living environment makes it difficult for retired and returning students to adapt to the environment.The change of economic environment leads to great economic pressure on the retired college students;(2)In terms of policy and system,the policy coverage of Tianjin municipal government for retired college students is relatively small,the resettlement policy is imperfect,and the implementation and supervision of the policy are insufficient.The construction of academic guidance system,psychological guidance system and employment guidance system for the retired college students in Tianjin is not perfect;(3)In the aspect of academic development,the retired college students in Tianjin do not have a complete plan for learning,lack of enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and pay less attention to the theoretical study of innovation and entrepreneurship;(4)In the aspect of interpersonal communication,the retired college students in Tianjin do not get along well with their new classmates,do not actively communicate with counselors and teachers,do not actively talk with their parents,and have communication barriers with the opposite sex;(5)In the aspect of employment prospect,Tianjin municipal government and Tianjin universities have insufficient employment assistance for the retired and returning college students.The retired and returning college students in Tianjin have no clear goal for the employment direction,so they give up further study and choose to start a business;(6)In the aspect of psychological integration,Tianjin universities do not pay enough attention to the retired students,which makes the retired students eager to be concerned by the school.Retired college students in Tianjin are slow to change their roles and feel lonely.3.In view of the problems in the process of campus re integration of retired college students in Tianjin,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)The retired college students in Tianjin should correctly understand the change of identity and actively adapt to the campus environment.The retired college students should carry forward the fine tradition of thrift and diligence in the army,their parents should provide financial support in time,and Tianjin colleges and universities should appropriately subsidize the retired college students;(2)Tianjin municipal government should expand the scope of returned students who enjoy the welfare policy,establishand improve the policy guarantee system,and strengthen the supervision of policy implementation.Colleges and universities in Tianjin should improve their systems and implement the government's welfare policies;(3)Retired college students in Tianjin should set up a positive attitude towards learning and make a complete academic plan.Tianjin colleges and universities and teachers should increase their support to retired students;(4)Parents and teachers should pay more attention to the retired college students,and the retired college students in Tianjin should take the initiative to communicate with new students and cultivate common topics;(5)The government of Tianjin should perfect the employment policy of the retired students,and provide more employment information channels to ensure their employment;(6)The army should provide education and guidance for the retired and returned students before their retirement.The colleges and universities in Tianjin should arrange psychological teachers to provide psychological guidance for the retired and returned students.The retired and returned students should actively share their emotional experience and eliminate loneliness. |
